The room was clean and well equipped. The location is great - very close to the shopping area and to the docks. Sergio was very hospitable and gave great tips about restaurants and about traveling around la spezia. I recommend this place whole hearted

The room was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. The room has a vintage look and the facilities within the room were very nice. Our host Sergio was very warm and hospitable. He gave us good suggestions for things to do, food to try and places to visit. Honestly, his recommendations were spot on, so I totally suggest going with whatever he suggests. He was reachable and would answer all our questions. And he was always available! The location of this place is central. There are many nice restaurants in this area. It is close to the sea and there are many bus stops close by. This place is in a nice neighborhood. His staff, Magda is also very kind and helpful. I especially liked their luggage storing facility. It was like staying at a hotel.

A small room as described with a single bed. All the extras. I loved the area and the building. Near the water, shops and restaurants. A good spot to stay , while exploring cinque terre without the pain of taking your luggage etc. Ferry down the street for the water access to Cinque Terre. There is an elevator but steps up one level to get to the elevator. I would stay here again! I would like to try a larger room.

Excellent stay in La Spezia! The owner gave us very helpful details about what to visit and how to reach the best destinations. There was a great cafe just next door where we had breakfast every morning. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony. Also, the accommodation is just a few minutes away from the harbour - would definitely recommend!

I know it’s a single room but slightly bigger bed would’ve been nice, but honestly that’s just me being over the top 😄 cause everything else was pretty great! and of course the check in times are not so convenient but regardless Sergio is pretty helpful!

location was perfect! 15 min walk from La Spezia Centrale train station, bus stops taking you to Lerici or Portovenere direction as well as the Ferry to Cinque Terre. Sergio is great at giving you tips and I’m thankful as following his advice I had a better visit to Cinque Terre, so thank you!

Great place to stay and a very approachable host with good tips for where to go, single bed was a bit too small and the neighbours at times quite noisy with the open window, room was very dark with the sun protection, but stayed nicely cool, fridge did not really cool the things down

We had interior room and it was little bit noisy. Only one small shampoo for two people per two days (however, shaving set was a good bonus).

Hotel is located in the city center. Clean room, kettle in the room. Friendly staff. The man on the reception provided excellent recommendation regarding restaurants and places to visit. Nice place for few days.

Strange and loud noises that came from the wall, likely due to heating/ventilation/water boiler etc. Bring earplugs!

Location is excellent and room is beautiful. Having the kettle in the room was very convenient. There is also possibility for heating/cooling with air conditioner.

Sergio is a fantastic host, he took the time to explain us everything to do around the area. The boat trip he recommended in the Cinque Terre was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. Thank you Sergio for the nice stay! When were in the area again, we will definitely come back
