Marco is a really nice man. I was told only booked one person for two night. It's my mistake, I didn't find the mistake. We are so lucky that the bed is big enough for two people and we won’t end up living on the streets. Haha... Thanks a lot, Marco. The apartment is pretty, cozy, quiet and beautiful. We will live again next time.

It was perfect for me!

The guest house was quiet, super clean and in a great location. Marco was there to greet me and explain everything, also providing local recommendations. He kindly called a taxi for me when leaving. Such a pleasure to have a host like this!

It's at the top of the building on what I would call the second floor (ground floor, first floor then second floor) without a lift, so make sure your suitcase isn't too heavy!

The owner was really flexible about check in and check out times, and is expert at using Google Translate to ensure you understand about check out etc. The bed was a sofa bed but it was comfy. Considering it was 37 degrees during my stay it was great to have air conditioning and a fridge/kitchenette to be able not to have to eat out for every meal (although there are nice restaurants and bars within metres of the apartment).

Everything was great

We loved our stay here. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and the location is fantastic. We walked everywhere yet felt out of the hustle and bustle of the center. Marco was a great host, he was incredibly helpful, gave us great suggestions of things to do and places to eat at. We tried them all and were very happy! Wonderful stay all around, highly recommend Marco’s place!

This was a lovely little apartment in an area slightly away from the main tourist haunts but with lots of local facilities. Supermarkets, cafes, gelaterie and restaurants all a short walk away. Marco was extremely well organised and very helpful, providing all of the information we could need. He arranged to meet us when we arrived to show us round, and was very quick to respond to messages when we had a question. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space.

It was very clean and comfortable, and the decorations were so homey and cute! We also had a beautiful view out of our window. Marco is the sweetest person ever and made us feel so welcome - he also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area! Marco is the host at this location and does a phenomenal job of making sure all of his guests are happy and helped in anyway possible by him. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so very much. I really felt like he cared about my time in Florence and wanted to represent it well. Please take his advice on the restaurant to go to for the Florentine steak, it was fantastic. Marco was the best host and I appreciate him so much. You will love your stay here, within walking distance of so much!

The apartment is big, confortable and very well located. You have nice bakerys, restaurants and markets nearby. The train station and city centre can be reached in 20min by foot. Everything was clean and Marco is an amazing host, he gaves nice tips for the city and makes the check-in/check-out very easy.

We could not recommend this place enough. Location was great: close to authentic and fantastic restaurants, and a 10-15 min walk from the main touristic attractions The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing too. Marco, the owner, is super friendly and attentive. He provided us with all the information we needed for a pleasant stay in the city.

Marco was a wonderful host! Always reachable by text. Very helpful with recommendations, restaurant reservations, locations of things like grocery stores and other necessities.
