Everything. Just a few examples here: they have USB on the wall for charging which I haven't seen in previous cities. Room is very clean. Instructions is very detailed with photos. Only 20 min walk from Pisa Tower. There is a balcony where you can eat food outside.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear the conversations in the room next door. Unfortunately we had early risers next door and were woken up a few times.

Good distance from the Leaning Tower and the city center. Very clean and comfortable room. The owner was excellent with providing information regarding the city.

It is well located, 5 minutes walking from Pisa’s walls. Francesco is a really good guest, he also gave us a lot of useful information to visit Pisa and nearby.

The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Rooms were cleaned every day and we were given new clean towels every day. Francesco, the owner, is a really pleasant guy who is always available for any questions that you have and is willing to help you.

The aircon made more noise than cold air. You could only really feel the effect when coming back to the room from the kitchen

A wonderful place, excellent value for money and within walking distance of the main attractions. As long as you don't expect a big breakfast.

We travelled by car; and it became obvious that parking in whole Italy is a problem. It took a while to find a parking spot, and mostly it was remote from the room. We are aware that this is not something that can be solved by the accommodation, but it is good to know about it. Otherwise, not really anything not to like.

We had booked a room for 4 people, and the one we stayed in was large and comfortable. It was very nice that it has a balcony, away from the street. In the morning that was very pleasant to have breakfast. On that side and time it is in the shade, which was good since it was very hot when we stayed there. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The kitchen is shared. The refrigerator has boxes with room numbers, so it is easy for several people staying there to keep their things separated. We received very clear instructions how to enter the room. The historical city centre is close; it is a 20 minute walk to the Pisa tower, for example.

A perfect place to stay for any trip to Pisa. Staff were so friendly and helpful, Francesco had sent us everything we needed to know about our stay, with lots of really help advice on tourist attractions and restaurants etc before we’d even arrived , which was amazing. Great location.

I can not fault this property/stay.

This accommodation was a little gem. The location was perfect: within walking distance to and from the city centre and a 10-15 minute walk to the attractions (the Leaning Tower). Local shops (supermarkets, pharmacies) were literally on your doorstep. We can not fault the room/accommodation—it was very clean and presentable, with lovely comfy beds. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and all the extras in the kitchen area included a lovely bottle of red wine, which was a lovely gesture. The host communicated well, even messaging us before our visit to inform us of everything we needed to know. Also, there was the bonus of a first-aid box, which the plasters were well needed. I would definitely recommend this lovely place and hope to return with my partner in the next few months.

The walls are a little too thin and you may hear more than you would like from neighboring rooms.

The location is great: near to the center and in a quite and nice neighborhood. The room has a normal size but the bathroom is really spacious. The room and the kitchen are very clean and the host offers cookies and wine. He also offered some interesting information on Pisa.

Very week WiFi signal in the apartment. Moreover, it located on the underground floor and even 5G was not working well, so we missed Euro24 match. Not a big deal of course, but it was a bit disappointing. Also apartment was a bit noisy, we heard almost everything what was happens behind the door. People walking, talking, moved luggage, shutting door... I would not say it happens during the night, but evening-morning time for sure.

Very good location in Pisa, huge parking place 4 minutes away and some parking spots just in front of the house and around. Absolutely amazing apartment, modern, with two AC and it was very good! Nice and clean bathroom with good water pressure, clean sheets. Very detailed instructions before check-in, let us find apartment very easily. Some additional information about what's going on in the city gave us opportunity to enjoy and be a part of great old tradition Game of Bridge. We did enjoy the city, staying at the beach one day and everything around. There was no breakfast included but small kitchen allow us to cook it as we like. Some snacks, free coffee and tea, 1 bottle of free house wine as welcome drink. I can recommend this place to stay for 3-5 days easily. You can reach it easily even with public transport and taxi.
