(*) Location somewhat remote (about 1h 20min walk to the city center of Padova). (*) The booked room appeared historic in particular the bath room. I upgraded and was a lot happier with that better room. (*) The upgraded room seems to not have been dedusted properly along the corners of the wall and under the bed. (*) A light bulb was missing. (*) Curtains were stuck at one point and could no longer be closed. The stuff fixed that eventually. (*) Dirt in the outlet of the AC. (*) Cable fixed with tape to the wall? (*) Agent at the reception claimed that he could not conduct an upgrade on Sunday. (Why???) As I insisted, it was possible 20 to 30 minutes later. Overall - I am doubtful that this is the standard I should expect by a 4 star hotel.

(*) The room was serviced daily. In particular the trash taken out. (*) The bed was comfortable.

The cleaning staff entered the room around 9 am while we were still sleeping (check out is 11.30am) The single bed in our triple room was broken (but as I said in the pros, they were very kind in solving the problem)

The receptionist was very kind and available. We booked a triple and the single bad was broken and he gave us another room for the third person for free. We ordered take away pizzas from a nearby pizzeria and we could eat where they usually serve breakfast in the morning, he gave us cutlery and everything necessary. Room, bathroom and other facilities were clean.

Although the bathroom was spaced, the shower cabin was too narrow. There was a problem with water outflow in the shower and the basin. Air conditioner beyond my understanding how to set it up. Since it was working at quite strong air flow it caused too much noise, so we finally switched it off. (The temperature after 2 hours of work was low enough to sleep well. )

It is interesting idea to organise hotel based on few buildings. The accommodation in annex was truly restful one. Very quiet, cosy room. It was located deep in the backyard. Dedicated parking was available next to the annex building. The room was chilled by air conditioner. In the bathroom we found a set of cosmetics. Minibar was available as the tea set. Very friendly, communicative and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty, of various choice  (at least for Italian standard), and the lady in the breakfast room kept an eye on everything, being ready to clean and help.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. We had to leave at 6:00 AM, so to have breakfast in the facilities wasn't an option. But they've offered us the possibility to take it away with us, and to have it ready at the departure time. Dog friendly.

There were no power plugs near the bed.

Easy check-in in out-of-service hours. Room was quite spacious, with fridge and large safe box. Internet was easy to use and fast. Appreciated the parking lot as well. Location is a bit far from the center but was very good for my needs. Staff was great, always very helpful, with Whatsapp texting for updates plus easy telephone help.

The hotel was perfect, but the breakfast we don't recommend. Even if it is cheap, it is very poor. It will be better for the hotel to increase the price of the breakfast and offer a better quality at this service.

Nice and very clean hotel, close to the highway. Good if you have to visit Venice. Big rooms, the bed confortable, free private parking place.

The main disadvantage is the position. It is quite far away from the train station. There is a bus stop near the hotel, but the bus stops running around 7pm. The only thing that saved the way back to the hotel was a rented bicycle.

The very affordable price and level of the hotel is excellent. Nice room for one, large bathroom, comfortable bed. The kettle in the room is nice. The staff are kind and always helpful. You can leave your things at the reception when checking out and walk around some more. The breakfast for 9 euros is tasty and freshly brewed coffee is served as well.

We stayed from September 3rd to 4th. Breakfast was 12 euros per person. The breakfast included spoiled products. The butter was rancid and had a bad smell. The mixed fruits that were cut up were also spoiled. I felt very unwell after this breakfast.
