I do not think that there were any disadvantages of the hotel considering its price. However, we had a feeling that the neighbourhood is not quite safe at night.

The hotel is a great option for its price. I should note that the furniture is quite old and the elevator is very small. However, for its price Hotel Adler is a good option, especially with a breakfast included. We loved the staff here. There were very helpful and prepared nice breakfast. The metro station is in 5-7 minutes walk, very close to Milano Centrale train station (that was the reason we chose the hotel at the first place)

Could use a deep cleaning in the shower, but it wasn’t bad. Noise isolation in the rooms could be better. The breakfast had no vegetables, just a few fresh fruits.

The garden where you can eat your breakfast is very cute. The staff were really nice with me, excellent service every time, huge thanks and good job! The location is very nearby all public transport lines.

The hotel is clean and well attended to, but has its fair share of wear and tear. The neighborhood is unfortunately not a very nice one, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling on your own. Especially not night time.

Super nice staff - welcoming, helpful and accomodating. While they treated me to coffee in the beautiful little garden, my bags were brought up to the room. Crisps and soft drinks on the house as a welcome gift. Quirky room layout, big balcony with garden view, very comfy bed, and a reasonable breakfast. Fresh made coffee from the barista, who also cooked eggs and bacon on demand. Family feeling.

The coat rack was in open air, not inside a cupboard. The safe was broken, and the drawer was a little misaligned. Overall cost to value ratio was a high, but can not compare to other accomodations in Milan.

Excellent treatment with the staff, extremely kind, helpful and devoted. The owner took special attention to a problem I had with one night reimboursement I requested due to an airport strike. I will definitely repeat the experience.

The beds were uncomfortable and the room was not very clean.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they were very nice! The garden was pretty cosy and a wonderful spot for breakfast. It’s close to the Milano central train station, just a short walk.

The towel smelled weird. Toilet paper was there from another guests, so I’m not sure the room was perfectly cleaned before we arrived.

The personnel of this hotel is very welcoming. Room was ok, equipped with A/C and fridge, and some snack was waiting for us which was nice. It’s very far from the center, but there is a metro station close to the hotel. Central train station is also far but reachable by metro (2 stops).

Typical tiny European stairs or elevator. Overpriced room for 4 people. But sadly, better price than so many other hotels.

Close to train, but in a bit of a rough area. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did not spend much time in hotel as we were out sightseeing. AC worked great.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice and there was an ample selection. The hotel was very close to the metro which was very handy. The only slight downside was that the lift was barely big enough for one person and their luggage.

I personally didn’t care too much for the location. A little too far out from the center and the ambience is different. It was very quiet, however. And I truly don’t have much to complain about the hotel itself, except they should offer additional bedding in the room.

The hotel was perfect for 2 nights stay. It doesn’t look like much on the outside, and honestly not much frills on the inside, but the staff was super nice / helpful and it was extremely clean. The beds are a little on the stiff side, and only a thin sheet is provided to sleep (no extra sheets or comforters in the room). The elevator is SUPER small, I think 1 person max. The area is okay - a bit more “local” and I personally didn’t care much for it, but the hotel was the cheapest by $100+ that we could find somewhat near the center so can’t complain there. The subway station is a very short walk away, too.
