Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwedenThe breakfast was poor and off bad quality. Not many things to choose between and the small amount that was available was of really bad quality. The facility is quite old and unfashionable. Toilets was not fresh and clean. We passed four other hotels on our way to Italy, for under minimum the half of the price - all of those were dramatically better. The price was in relation to the standard a disaster.

The personal are polite and pleasant, the room is clean and has everything for good staying, the breakfast is modest but it includes bread, butter, yogurt, ham, croissant, juice and coffee, it likes buffet breakfast. Recommend!

KosovoVery nice and quite place with a beautiful green garden/terrace, only 3 minutes walk to the Loretta subway station and 20 minutes to Milan central station. The staff was very kind and available at all times for questions or further clarifications. It provided regular cleaning services and they even provided coffee and refreshments upon the arrival, even though they were not included.

The hotel itself looked ok. But the insulation between rooms must be very poor as I had a person in the room next door on the phone till 2 or 3 am that sounded as if she was sitting at the end of my bed speaking very loud. She probably called and spoke to 3-4 people back to back. Shampoo sachet was very small, and there was no hand soap.
