When we checked the room had dirty wet towels left in the bathroom. We told the blond female staff member was like it was no big deal.

The location was perfect. The breakfast and Caffè were delicious. Most of the staff were very pleasant.

The weather was hot and the airconditioner took a little while to have an impact but it was okay.

Godd location very close to the main station and within reasonable walking distance of most tourist sites. Large, very comfortable and quiet room. Very pleasant staff and a good breakfast.

We were allowed to park in the enclosed lot as soon as we arrived, even though it was before check-in times (with a small additional fee). Nice to have air conditioning during the hot summer. Very good breakfast.

The air conditioning was poor. The air conditioner was very old and didn’t really cool the room adequately.

Aircon was a little bit noisy. Didn't bother me, but it kept my wife awake.

Great central location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and lovely breakfast. We were able to store our bags for the afternoon of our departure. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Turin.

It was not clear where there the entrance was, as the door was not marked clearly and the first thing you see is the restaurant. I wish there was a better parking options.

The check in was easy, rooms were air conditioned, which was wonderful. Location is a very convenient one to public transport and restaurants.

The only downside was the air conditioning, it really struggled to lower the temperature of the room however it was particularly hot while we were in Turin

Very noisy (street noise, especially the tramway) - bring earplugs!

Apartment/family room was very big, clean, big bathroom - we could easily have stayed longer. Breakfast was good and personnel very nice. Location is perfect!

The air con have stopped working in our room, it was just blowing warm air and that's about it. There was a power cut in the hotel for like 20 minutes maybe, could be due to that. Reception was closed after 22:00 so we couldn't really report it but we did manage to survive the warm night without it (wasn't easy).

Very good location. Just five minutes walk from Porta Nuova Train Station. Nice breakfast, nice, spacious and clean room. Perfect for families.

Old building, small room that need to be restored. The window was blocked, and nobody couldn’t open it. The parking offered by the hotel was with extra pament, but we found public parking close te the hotel, that was free during night and weekend.

We liked the location, the staff was very polite and helpfull. The breakfast was good.

We had asked to book parking at 18 euro, then they said 25 euro, I was questioning the cost via message service and added car model and rego. Then their site was hacked and was asking me to click a link to supply a new credit card. I then got a message saying they were hacked and not to click links. I assumed because they were hacked and they had my info they would keep some parking aside. We turned up and no parking was set aside as I never gave my credit card details to pay in advance for parking. As it turns out there is free parking near by over night and on. Sundays so we only had to pay $10 Euro for parking across the street.

The best breakfast. I was so shocked how good the breakfast was, their cakes were amazing.

Air conditioning was working not great and it was hot. There was some problems with electricity and it was difficult to get in after receptions working hours. Area is not far from the station. So location is not the “cleanest”. Also our windows were right above busy street, so it was a bit more noisy than expected
