Nothing - it was all great

The perfect place for a visit to the wonderful city that is Rome. Despite the central location the room was quiet and the air conditioning was great. It is very close to the station which is a big plus, and all of the attractions you want to visit are a short walk. Valerio was an excellent host. His instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow and he provided some great recommendations for food & drink. Would recommend to all looking for a great place to stay for a city break.

We’ve now stayed here 3 times. It’s very conveniently located. Wonderful host! Quiet, which is unusual for Rome. Lift access. The room had all necessary items including plenty of towels and hot water, a variety of breakfast supplies, effective air conditioning and a cute little table and chairs to set up for dining in. Thank you, Valerio!

Nothing. The fan in the bathroom is quite loud but apart from that everything is great!

Very good host Valerio! He was super responsive and gave a lot of good advice for food around Rome and the area that we were staying in. Very generous breakfast package and the sit down breakfast at the coffee shop was also great! We really enjoyed the breakfasts. This accommodation is really close to the train station so is really convenient. It does not feel unsafe as the area is full of other tourists and locals living there. Most of Rome is accessible by catching the metro and tram or walkable within 20 mins or less.

Host Valerio kept us very well informed all the time and gave very usefull tips and guidance. The location is perfect for sightseeing by foot or metro and also we loved the restaurant at the same street. Breakfast in the room is nice and there are plenty of snacks to enjoy during the whole stay😊 Room was clean and the check in etc went smoothly. Very easy acces from the main railway station.

Valerio was friendly and hospitable. He insured we were comfortable and gave us many tips on restaurants. The breakfast included a variety of foods. The location is a few blocks from the train station.

Super host... Options to have breakfast in accimodation or in a nearby cafe.... Was tbere to greet us and answered any questions for us.. Recmmended places to east and gave us directions to places of interest locally.. A super pleasant host... Woild definitely recommend and would definitely stay again....

Wi Fi was unstable.

Exceptional location. Near the train station, the area is full of restaurants options and easy to travel to any zone of the city. The room was clean and breakfast was included with several options. Bathroom is small but I was expecting this because it is a normal situation in these big old cities. A/C worked perfect and the balcony to the street was a bonus.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful host . Valerio was extremely helpful. No details left out. He described everything perfectly. He also provided many restaurant recommendations and was just overall helpful.k Very clean and tidy room with a small balcony. Close to the train station. But we walked everywhere so only used it to get to and from the airport.

Simple, but perfect place stay in Rome. Nearby the main means of transportation and super easy to explore The city. Valerio is an excellent host that helped us with everything we needed. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous location. Walkable to all attractions. Close to train station (5 mins walk ). The wonderful manager was there to meet us and explain things , give us our entrance codes and showed us our stocked fridge and breakfast bags and fresh milk , kettle , which was a bonus as I’m a tea lover . Whilst our particular room was not en-suite our bathroom was right outside our door and only for our use . He also liased with us throughout our stay to answer any questions we may have . Comfortable rooms, with air con , slept very well . Room is on 5th floor but there is a lift . Highly recommend

We loved it, nothing to complain about whatsoever. We felt all our needs were fulfilled staying here!

Amazing location, I felt safe and was relatively quiet for Rome. The room Edera had everything we needed, with sparkling clean facilities. Bed was very comfortable and clean. We loved the breakfast provided by the lovely host, Valerio. Valerio was super helpful and welcoming, and was just a text away if we needed anything, he gave us excellent recommendations to eat too. We will definitely come back and stay here when we come back to Rome! It’s also so close to Rome Termini as well. This place is a 10/10!

I have nothing to complain about. The mattresses were softer for my taste, but that's a matter of preference.

Everything was perfect. The owner Valerio is very nice and helpful in everything. The hotel is close to Termini station, from where you can go anywhere. The room and external bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast packages included everything you could want, but there was also the option of having breakfast in a nearby restaurant. Coffee machine and electric kettle available. I recommend.

Nice cosy clean place in a walking distance to all key points of interest in Rome. Valerio is very friendly and open host, he help a lot with detailed instructions and directions to the place, and also recommended good restaurants/places to eat :) He responded very fast to every question I had, plus provided generous breakfast options :) The only thing is that the flat is located next to the train station so might be considered not very safe location (though we didn't feel it).

We chose breakfast in the room, but we didn't realise there wasn't a way of warming milk. It seems Italy doesn’t allow it. But instead, you can have tea or fruit juices. The size of the breakfast table was too small.

The room was a good size, very clean, and had a pleasant decor. It was also in a good location for the main train station and buses. The host was very friendly and gave a lot of information about the surroundings. There was great availability and communication, and there was also an exceptional quantity and variety of breakfast.

Need a firmer/thicker bed. As a couple, any movement of one person was felt by the other.

Close proximity to Termini & numerous restaurants on the same street. Walkable distance to tourists attractions such Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps & Colosseo. The owner, Valerio was so attentive to our needs and was very easy to communicate with. Breakfast items were generous and many options, such as croissants, cheese, cold cuts, jams, coffee, tea & lots more.

The owner of the house was very nice and attentive. He followed up our itinerary and recommended nearby restaurants to us. The room and mattress were very comfortable. Also, we broke the shower head, but the owner didn’t ask us to pay for it. Thank you very much to him. It is very close to the central train station. There are restaurants, supermarkets ，which is very convenient.

I liked that the flat is very close to the train station, there are a lot of cafes, restaurants around. It is very close to the center and it is easy to reach all sightseeing just walking. The flat is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included, what is a very important for me. I had a perfect time staying there.
