There is no elevator for people, so if you have OA knee you must be careful. And there’re pubs near by so it might be noisy at night(but earplugs could help!)

I like everything! The location is just right in front of the baptistery. The room‘s beautifully decorated and clean. Staffs were helpful and kind.

Best view of the cathedral from the room. Appreciate that the windows are as good as soundproof as the crowds can be noisy. Closing the windows help to block out most noise.

Fabulous, one of a kind location - although not for anyone who is uncomfortable with crowds nearby. It did not bother us as it could not have been more central. We were warmly welcomed and treated throughout our stay at the b & b.

Hard to locate as the address numbering/Street name system is hard to discern even with mapping tools. Even locals were unsure of differences within the Square.

If you are early to bed, close the windows! Florence does not sleep here until after 12 pm. If you have difficulty with several flights of steps, you might need to reconsider, though the owners are very helpful with luggage. Thank you, Mrs Giuliana, for a perfect stay.

The location is impeccable. I had never been to Florence before, and as I looked out my window, I was transported by the view. All around me were outside tables to enjoy a glass of wine, a cappuccino, a meal. Horse-drawn carriages if you fancied a ride through the streets. Vendors selling souvenirs and artists rendering paintings. The bed was very comfortable, there was an electric kettle with coffee and tea, immaculate bathroom with great shower and water pressure. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe.

Room cleaning did not replenish the Cappuccino mix for morning coffee on either mornings. We had to ask. Also the toilet paper was not replenished and we ran out during the night. Not a good thing. Shampoo was likewise not replaced on the third day. Thankfully we bring some of out own.

Location was unbelievable just in front of the Baptismal of the Dumuo Cathedral. A bit noisy at night as the 2 bars next door stayed open until 1:30 AM. There are quieter rooms overlooking the alley though. Giuliana was excellent. Stayed for a late morning check-in. Answered the telephone promptly to get directions and answer questions.

Little bit of noise (but as it was central its to be expected). We were that tired from walking we slept well regardless.

Giuliana was an amazing host! Greeted us on arrival, showed us our room along with a map of points of interest and some local eateries she recommended.. Location is superb, very central. Room was clean, well equipped and big enough for the two of us. View from the window to the front was incredible!

Incredible location in the Piazza del Duomo in Florence with views of the Baptistry and cathedral right out the windows of the room. Given its location, the room was remarkably quiet...the windows are very effective at blocking the noise. Everything was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The on-site manager was very friendly and helpful.

It's an old building so there are steps to be climbed. The lift has limited capability and capacity. We were fine with it but some folks may find it hard.

Fab location. Very atmospheric. Giuliana was lovely and provided excellent tips, hacks and recommendations. Reasonably quiet considering the busy location. Room was clean, well equipped and spacious.

Being close to the church means you do get the morning bells, but we did not find it a problem.

The location is fantastic as it is right in the heart of Florence by the Cathedral and dome. Your window stairs into the baptistery. Our top room had a incredible view. It also had clean sheets and towels, as well as plenty of space in the bedroom and dining room and spare room. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was big with great water pressure.
