This property was spotlessly clean, was well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen and in the bathroom, and our host Silvia could not have been more accommodating :-) She answered messages promptly and went out of her way to ensure we had all that we needed.

The property was amazing, and the garden was so nice! We loved the neighborhood as well! There was plenty of space for my family of four (2 teenagers), and many ‘local’ bars and restaurants within walking distance. The property also had coffee and snacks ready for us when we arrived. Most of all, our host was extremely attentive and kind!

Everything was far superior to our expectations. Silvia went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and Silvia went to the trouble of bringing toys and a portable cot and bedding to the apartment for our little girl. Great location with shops and cafes close by. The apartment itself was immaculate, not a single speck of dust or dirt to be found. 100% recommend this property!! You will not be disappointed 😀

A lovely, modern apartment; entry is through a pleasant, private, gated courtyard; location a quiet residential area of Florence. Silvia met us on arrival, having patiently waited. A attractive, modern, clean apartment with character and fine personal touches of the owner. Spacious bedrooms, loved the bedside lights with dainty pull on-off switches. A modern bathroom - the shower recess had ample room and good hot water pressure. We very much enjoyed the welcoming excellent craft Beer on arrival, very relaxing after a long train journey to an unfamiliar city.......many thanks Silvia. For self-catering a very good Co-Op nearby. A no 6 bus from Santa Maria Novella Rail station was convenient during our stay.

Everything was great

Beautiful, clean and excellent apartment for two couples or family of four. The additional entrance garden with garden couch and table with chairs was great place to chill.

Cozy and beatiful apartment. absolutely spotless, with a nice are outside to relax, sring a beer or have breakfast or dinner. everything looked brand new. apt has two ACs, a fully equipped kitchen with free snacks and coffee for breakfast. Guily is the most friendly and helpful host you can imagine. One of best experiences i had on booking ever. highly recommended.

Silvia is amazing. She waited for us with the keys and explained everything. Her attention to detail in the house was awesome. The house is spotless clean, she even provided sweets for the kids :) The house itself is on a great location, near city center by walking. I will definitely visit again and would recommend her to all my friends. Thank you Silvia :)

The owner responded to all our quiries as soon as possible, she provided everything we need and she is very welcoming. The property is much more beautiful than in photos with complete amenities with welcome food and drinks so thoughtful 😊

Nothing! Perfect stay!

This property was meticulously clean and had lots of little personal touches to make it a perfect stay! The owner was wonderful and so helpful. The beds were super comfy. Lots of shopping nearby including a huge grocery store just down the street! This is a top-notch place to stay! Loved it!!!!

Everything was amazing, house was warm, comfortable and very clean, it is in a quiet street and very close to the centre. But most of all we liked our hostage, she is very nice and welcoming, always helpful and responsive. There were some small details that make everything so special and exclusive. Thank you, dear Silvia! We're looking to come back soon, although it was so short but amazing stay in Florence. 😊💝🍀

The property is very very nice, everything new, the host was extremely kind with us and made sure that everything was fine. The apartament was very clean and tidy, perfect for a group of 4 persons. It is also close to the city centre and it is very easy to get there also by foot. There is also a supermaket just on the other side of the street. For sure we will gladly come back there :)

There was nothing we could be complaining about. If someone has a disability, I'd only point out, that the apartment is situated on the upper floor, with some quite steep stairs leading to it.

We really loved the stay at Casa Di Giuly. The apartment is newly refurbished, with all of the necessary apliances, two cosy bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows and a really effective AC. It's obvious that the host really wants to make her guests happy - we've received a big basket of treats and goods to use, a supply of coffee pods for a coffee machine and she even remembered about some antimosquito spray, since the apartment also has a nice outside sitting area! And all of that prepared with care and style - it truly was marvelous!
