The bathroom shower hadn't been cleaned, especially around the drain area, as the water got blocked due to a build-up in hair.

A school trip had booked many of the rooms, this caused the breakfast to be slow and had to wait a long time for the lifts when we were ready to checkout. The breakfast was very basic and the pizza we ordered for dinner were just frozen pizzas, but satisfactory.

Rooms were comfy and our children enjoyed the bunkbeds. Had a nice play area for them too in the downstairs lobby, which was a nice treat.

A very big hostel with ALOT of rooms so felt very hotel like. Our room didn’t feel super clean, but was ok apart from the dirty walls. The shared kitchen is very small and had a strange smell so we didn’t really use it.

The location was perfect - right near the train/bus station in Mestre which serviced Venice island and pretty much anywhere else in Italy. We thought that staff were helpful and the room was pretty good.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and has deteriorated a bit since the first time I stayed there.

I don’t see myself traveling in and out from Venice from here. We stayed as arrived very late, 24h checking which we couldn’t find on the island.

Convenient location next to train station. Clean and comfortable room, 24h check in.

Reception service was pathetic. Every time I had to wait for 20 minutes for some one to respond for a small clarification even.

The best thing about the room was its silence. I slept well with children.

The property was in a good location close to the station if you to day trip to Venice. Check in and check out were easy. There was also nice shared common areas.

Mattress. It's terrible, it's really not comfortable, but it's not so uncomfortable that you can't sleep. It's okay for a few nights, but I don't recommend it for a long stay. We also had a small incident with the radiator in the bathroom, but since we were only staying one night, it didn't bother us.

The accommodation is in a very nice place, when you leave the hotel, go right and you will see the stairs on the right, go up and there is the bus stop to Venice. The guy at the front desk was lovely and seemed to be doing us a favor with an early check-in, although I believe that's standard, but we felt special 😅 The hotel is nice, mostly for young people, although there were also older people and families with children. The rooms are nothing special, but it's great to sleep over. Parking is expensive, but if you see that it's 100% safe and you won't have to worry about someone breaking your windows, it's worth every penny. The insulation is good so that the noise from the street and from the corridor is not heard.

Very contemporary accomodation facility that practicaly in everything looks like a hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacy indivdidual room for two situated on upper floor with a fine view reaching to Venice. Near train station and major bus lines to Venice operating day and night. Breakfast is served if you want to but there is also is a few good eatieries near by. A good budget ho(s)tel helping you to visit Venice without spending great amount of money.

The rooms are decent sized but so dark. They must add some lights. The bed linen was old and torn.

Room wasn’t cleaning enough. Walls are scratched. They don’t accept before 3 PM to the room even when you book a private room.

Place for pretty Close to train station to Mestre. Also coming from the airport with the bus. If you want to go to the Venice or Verona, It is easy to reach both. Staff were very kind and helpful and they have great Level of English. They have free storage before and after check-in.

Stayed only for a night, and everything was good

Well located. Just a few minutes walk from the train/bus stations. Clean space, loved the lounge area on the ground floor. Friendly staff and easy check-in /check out process
