“Everything about the place was charming. Full of character- just loved it. We didn’t use the kitchen so I didn’t give it the excellent score for that reason only. The location is amazing and the price was great. We were able to get late checkout and were quick to help us when I accidentally left the keys on the table at checkout and we got stuck in the courtyard. We were ‘rescued’ in under 10 minutes. 😁”
“The apartment was really great. There is nothing to complain about. I can admit that it was perfect. It was close to the city centre as well as to market. We were there by car but there was no problem with parking just in front of the building. It was very clean, very well equipped. All you need was there, I can say like at home. And the host Antonio is so helpful and caring. He gave us all the necessary info and tips about the Viterbo and the neighbourhood. I really recommend”
“The communication was clear before and during the stay. Paulo the owner was there to give us the keys, and stock up on breakfast supplies. We were walking the VF and I had given the wrong address for our bag drop off. Paulo had already picked them up and brought them to us and organized the pick up the next day. Nothing was too much for him.
The apartment is right in the medieval quarter and we were there during an arts fiesta in the piazza, right under our window. We had prime seats!”
