“Hosts were attentive and welcome, despite language barrier. Unit was enormous as I was the only one in a shared space, but even if I had had to share, be shared spaces were still plenty and my room was enormous. The host makes his own wine and also makes it available for sale. I tried his Sangiovese and it was wonderful. I am cycling so could only buy a single bottle, but if I'd had my car, I would have filled the boot.”
“Beautiful place with awesome swimming pool and the friendliest hosts! They were so nice and helpful finding accommodation for the next stop of my pilgrimage. The breakfast was exceptional and provided a good base for a day of hiking. Hope I will be back soon with more time to enjoy the wonderful villa, gardens and pool!”
