“Very nice, clean studio. Fridge, small electric hob for cooking, boiling kettle, utensils, etc. Comfy bed, modern compact bathroom. Large ceiling fan, very useful during the day, studio kept fairly cool in the evening due to the stone walls. We took bus from train station to.the village (approximately. 20 mins), short walk up to the main centre.
Located on the edge of the beautiful medieval village of Campiglia Marittima, up a small cobbled street, with small flight of steps to the front door. Very chilled vibe, locals were very friendly. Able to get breakfast nearby, very reasonable.
A few shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Overlooking countryside and sea in the distance. Host was very helpful, messaged a few times prior to trip, always prompt response. Great place for short break,”
“The property was such a cute layout, clean and perfect for what I was looking for. I felt very safe and secure the host Alice was exceptional I couldn’t have asked for more. She went above and beyond even to drive me into town which is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, fresh and local ingredients it filled us up for breakfast and lunch. The gardens and pool was very relaxing and clean I felt tranquil and so happy to be there.”

We enjoyed the spacious villa appartment, the well-maintained big pool and the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Great spot for bird watchers with orioles, nightingales and hoopoes.
The kids enjoyed the nearby mining sites and we explored a cave.”
