Good location for Reykjavik or airport. Building is huge, plenty of common areas. Clean shared bathrooms. Huge kitchen with everything you need for cooking. You can find some handy leftovers from travellers who spend here last nigh in Iceland.

The shower was open to the bathroom area so you had to lock the all room to get privacy. I prefer separated cabin, but that's just a personal opinion.

The place looked like a former hospital,but in a good way. I found it very relaxing after the long flight. It was nicely decorated, warm and rustic design. The place was almost perfectly clean , besides the sink inside the room, i guess they just forgot it maybe but everything else was clean. The fjord view was beautiful and the all place is located in a beautiful area.

Very noisy corridors, not well soundproofed. Guests should be advised not to talk in corridors. Also no staff onsite so a bit unusual. Just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Good location if you have a car, wonderful big functional kitchen, spacious rooms and lots of shared bathrooms to choose from.

There was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, and the walls are not soundproof at all.

We booked this the night before due to a change of plans. Great price and speedy confirmation. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a personal sink.

Bad smell of water - our room smelled badly! Very laud- there is code system on doors that is beeping all night whenever someone goes around. Bathroom doors broken, not possible to close in our room.

The location was quiet with beautiful views of both the mountains and water. It was a good location for exploring the Golden Circle, West, and the city. We appreciated coming back after a day touring to the comfortable sofas. The rooms had comfortable beds and although you share a toilet and shower you have your own private sink in your room. We originally booked for two nights but ended up staying four.

Room is not soundproof at all, and room 4 has communal showers on either side, so it would get fairly noisy in the room while others were showering.

Room was both neat and comfortable. I only stayed the night and then left in the morning without really looking at the rest of the guesthouse, so I have no idea what the communal area or the breakfast was like, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location! It was good there, there is a dining room with a view of nature, a huge kitchen with everything you need and the ocean is nearby! Clean and tidy! Convenient contactless registration! It's calm and beautiful there! and real natural hot water in the shower - like in lagoons and springs!

It is no issue for me, but this property is either a converted care home or hospital, so if you are weirded out by that, keep this in mind. We loved it though!

It’s out of the center of town, so it feels quiet and secluded. Great shared kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. and they seemed to clean the shared bathrooms regularly

The road to the guesthouse was in very bad condition. Location is a bit far from Reykjavik.

The weather during our visit was quite bad. The guesthouse was comfortable and warm, although the outside environment wasn't so pleasant.
