Took a while to find room, somewhat dark hallways.

Comfortable beds, clean, had a fridge, great location next to the bus station.

    Shower is tiny.

Generally it’s clean. Not many amenities or facilities there but if you just need a night over there is fine.

Would be nice if other guess would respect the bathrooms since they are a shared amongst the guest by removing their used towels

Great location especially if you are taking buses to the Highland or back to the airport

As with all guesthouses, the duvets are way to thick. Great in the depths of winter, I'm sure.

Great location. 3 minutes walk from BSÍ where Flybus and Excursions start and end. About 5 minutes to Hallgrimskirkja and 10 minutes to downtown Reykjavik. We used this guest house at the beginning and end of our latest tour to Iceland . A great feature is that the host will accept single night bookings. A really useful and much needed facility! We used this guest house in February/March this year too, when some renovation/development was happening , and we have to say it is now a really good place to stay. Rooms are clean and a good size with private toilet and shower. Beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. As with a lot of modern guesthouses, we never met the hosts, but they were quick to respond and sort out an access problem that occurred when we received only part of a message from Booking.Com.

I had one of the rooms on the "ground floor" (I would call it a basement), which was pretty spartan.

This property is very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (even had a machine for making espresso etc). The location for late night / early morning connections to the airport can't be beat, as it's across the street from the bus station, and just up the road from the domestic airport.

Suggest putting signs up signage that WC is shared. A few guests doesn’t understand that.

Location. A few minutes away from BSI terminal and 10 minutes away from restaurants, shops in downtown Reykjavik

It looks and feels like a converted garage/store room so it's quite dark and a little dank. The bathroom sink is tiny and the bathroom door handle was missing screws and loose. The building from the outside looks a little grim but it sits in a perfectly pleasant neighbourhood.

Brilliant location - you're just a walk up the hill to the cathedral and a five minute walk to the bus station for the airport bus and day trips. Huge beds, big shower, dining table for four, two lounge chairs. Good budget option for a family if you're out and about all day.

    This room was perfect.

As I wrote in an other review, this was the second time in this place. First one was on the basements room, number 3, and the experience was not good. The room was not good however this time the room was up stairs and was clean and walls painted in a nice and elegant colour, the bathroom was clean and well decorated as all the room and don't smell humidity like the other. For all this I asked my self why I has been charged same price for such different rooms?. The location of the place is the best, and that you can do self check in any time in the night like us. 5 minutes to the centre and 5 minutes to the bus station. They give you coffee and cookies on the kitchen that's perfect¡¡¡

    Nothing. Liked it all!

Older accommodation but clean and well appointed. Access to a full kitchen was a bonus. Bathroom was newly renovated. They allowed us to leave our bags there before check in which was really helpful and accommodating. Close to the bus station which is walkable and very handy.

Noise from airport, but we cannot be next to the airport without any noise. At least it doesn't happen too late and we could sleep well.

Good location next to BSI and RKV airport, perfect to go from one to the other one by walk. We got a room that felt recently renovated with dedicated bathroom. The shared kitchen looked also renovated.

Since my flight arrived in the morning, I would've liked to have an early check-in option or a secure place to store luggage before check-in. Used storage at BSI for a few hours.

Stayed for one night here right after arrival and it was a very conveniently located near the BSI terminal and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy and my room was clean and comfortable. The free coffee and biscuits in the kitchen were much appreciated!
