We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very complete breakfast with cereals, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea, nuts, juices, bread of different varieties, various fruits including berries... Good restaurant. As we arrived after 9pm, we were only able to dine on home-made pizzas. Spacious and comfortable room. Plenty of parking space

Plenty of choice at breakfast, many cuts of fish available! The hot dishes instead were already cold at start of service.

United StatesA minor thing: The sauna wasn’t quite hot enough but it was still a bonus. It’s an older property but they maximize all of it.
Location is terrific with neat walking experience across the street amongst the craters. The young man at reception was wonderful as were all of our food servers. They do an excellent job of cleaning the entire hotel. The food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. 24/7 coffee/hot drinks was greatly appreciated.

This was the best hotel we stayed in Iceland. The free amenities (Sauna, Hot tub, pool billiard, bathrobe, flip flops, etc.) and the free breakfast were just great. The room was modern and spacious. The northern lights wake up call is a wonderful free service (we didn't have any luck though). The location is incredible across from a volcano walking trail. Seriously, we were so excited when we saw what the hotel offers for such little money (in March). Will definitely stay here again when I return. Thank you!
