You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaNo elevator for rooms on the first floor. We had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Room was too hot (31 degree celsius ). The hotel management's efforts to bring the temperature didn't yield any efforts the whole night. Room was at 26 degrees the next day when we checked out at noon.

United StatesThey are undergoing construction and the power was off the off for an hour the first night of our stay. In the morning the electric door at the main entrance was inoperative. To go outside I had to manually force the door open. Understandable with them undergoing facility improvements.
The room was good sized and furnished well. Both the bathroom and sleeping room were very clean and tidy. Th beds and bedding are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast very much. A large selection of breakfast foods to choose from. The Skyr they served was the best we tried in Iceland! Hotel is walking distance to a grocery store and a gas station convenience store which was open until 23:00.

The hotel is an older hotel. No lift etc. But the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast provided in the price included bacon and eggs which was a nice surprise. Not a common occurrence on our trip. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and since it was pouring rain outside, a handy asset. Food was ok but not great for the money. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The hotel is on the highway but road noise was not an issue. A good place to stay for the Ring Road trip.

DenmarkA lot of noise started around 5.15 AM. I don't know if it was because our room was right by the restaurant or what, but machines of some sorts were noisy. Not the most welcoming or serviceminded staff upon check-in, but fine enough :-)
The room was clean and nice. The place is old and used, but for the price it was good. Nice with a fridge in the room. The restaurant, connected to the hotel, was fine as well. Fair prices and a lot to choose from. The breakfast included was a nice surprise because they served scrambled eggs and bacon as well. There is a grocery store, bakery etc. close by. As well as gas stations.
