Great location to downtown. Small but comfortable if you need a place to stay that is centrally located. Also the owner is a lovely person, make sure to stop by the reception and say hi. He was great to talk to and share some of the history of Iceland.

Too small room and bathroom. It’s impossible to keep dry anything in the bathroom. There was smell from the restaurant below.

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. We particularly liked how the staff would come in to change the trash bag and provide fresh towels like hotels do.

The location was a little noisy with cars passing by and the windows were a little flimsy. Sometimes when people come back late, I could also hear the noise.

I like the location, near the bus stop 6 and the cleanliness and responsiveness. Well equipped room. It is everything I needed since I was mostly on day tours and only using room for sleeping and making food :)

Noise at night - street noise and some from the nearby apartments. Bring earplugs. Stairs up to the apartments (no lift option…that I could see). No deal breakers - just plan ahead.

Excellent location (short 5-7 min walk from numerous bus stops and close to all the main sights), great facilities for small space (fridge, microwave, kettle, towels and toiletries provided), nice and cosy despite the cold outside, seamless arrival arrangements.

It was very modern could use more art and decoration perhaps.

Host updated us to Deluxe with more space. We got a phone call immediately after booking and the check in process was super easy. The place was just what we needed. Soap and shampoo were natural and very good.

The road to the North might be a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper (we only noticed it in the mornings).

Very comfortable, centrally located modern apartment, handy to local bus route and adjacent to shopping, restaurants and bars. Hosts were impeccable and very quick to provide extra bedding when requested. Would love to visit again.

There is a professional kitchen on the ground floor of the building. So, sometimes you can hear some noises coming from there, especially around the dinner time, but then it stops.

The place is unbelievable good! Right in the center of the city, nearby everything you need. Clean, comfy, well equipped. Ideal for short or long stays in Iceland. Actually I could live there for some time. The access through the digital lockers is pretty safe. Total fair by the price and way better than a conventional hotel. The bathroom was a bonus!

The only issue for me was I couldn't figure out how to turn the heating down in the room. This probably wouldn't be an issue for most people but I like the room cold and to be honest I didn't really look all that extensively. So overall extremely minor issue and was overall a very positive experience.

Staff were very helpful and even came over early to take our bags before check in so we could explore the city. Facilities were clean, comfortable and overall really good. Location could not be better with less than a minute walk to the main street and 2 minutes from the sea front. Everything was within walking distance whether that be restaurants, tour pickups or sight seeing spots. Very pleasantly surprised by the room and would definitely recommend.

Great location. Small but has everything you need for the trip and the kitchen is great to have so you dont have to eat out all the time. We arrived in Iceland before checkin time, we messaged to see if we could leave our luggage and we were told room was ready so could check in early. Staff are super friendly and helpful when they are on site.
