We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Awesome location and breathtaking view, super helpful reception staff (a young man who speaks Spanish was very nice to us), for me the hotel is a top pick and a wow factor for my time in Hofn.

SpainThe hand soap: first I thought it's amazing, some high brand one with a great citrus smell, I actually loved it. By the morning both our hands were destroyed and dried from it (and no, it wasn't from the traveling). I checked the ingredients and it's full of perfume. Unfortunately we're both alergic to these kind of perfumed soaps. We booked half a year in advance and finally the last few weeks the prices were 40-50% cheaper for the better kind of rooms than what we paid for the basic one.
Perfect place to sleep finally in a decent accommodation after many days of lodges and all kinds of small homestays on the way. Everything you would expect from a decent hotel. Giant windows with amazing views.

UkraineThere was construction going on on the second floor right outside my room. The hall smelled of paint, there was a bit of noise from early on. I wish there would be a mini fridge in the room like in Reykjavik Berjaya, where I stayed earlier into my trip.
Hotel is located near the harbour, walking distance to the public pool, a bus stop, grocery store and some breakfast places. The room overlooked the harbour and was pretty clean. Staff was absolutely awesome and let me postpone my booking by a day! The common area by reception was quite stylish and comfortable with a wooden statue and panoramic windows.

United KingdomNo lift. Had to pre-order breakfast the night before. One sheet for two people so we put one or two ticks by what we wanted. The food came but was vastly too much. The hotel said they pre-order to save food waste but it turned out if we had helped ourselves we would of eaten less.
The staff were helpful and offered to assist with the luggage. I declined. It was only after that noticed that there was no lift to upper floor. The guy on reception offered to help but if it had been a girl she may of struggled.
