Picturesque location with stunning Mountain views. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable. Facilities were easy to use and well designed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Access to natural hot baths, a few minutes down the road. Breakfast was simple but tasty; no cooked options available.

There's a drainage issue with the shower. The bathroom floor was wet the for most of the stay. It seemed that when someone was showering, the water would flow out of the shower area and into the bathroom area. We put some towels down to help prevent the water from running into the room. It worked but the towels were soaked for the remained of the stay. That's the only problem! Everything else about the room was fantastic. (Sorry for being nit-picky, I wanted to be detailed.)

Located near to the famous glacier in Iceland. Beautiful place to stay in your ring road trip in the south coast area of Iceland.

Not enough space for hanging things in bathroom.

Convenient location for exploring area, hot pools included, breakfast included, room had good views. Enjoyed view of glacier and horses when the fog cleared - really beautiful surroundings. Simple but efficient.

9.30 breakfast was really closed at the minute (but we knew that in advance...)

The restaurant area could have been open a little later than 21.30.

Wonderful scenery from the room, from our bed. Very comfortable bed. Nice view from breakfast. Hot tubs with a view also - wow.

Breakfast is a little later than other properties (at 7.30) but this is a minor nitpick. Also at the shower we didn't have soap provided by the hotel, we needed to use the one near the sink. Not a big deal but a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast is good you have good options to eat. The room had one of the best blinds from the properties that we stayed. Good for sleeping during the summer time of the island.

A hot breakfast would be nice. The breakfast was on par with other included breakfasts during my stay in Iceland...cold cuts, mostly deli meats & cheese, some grains, breads, etc.

Staff was very friendly & helpful when I called after taking a wrong turn (read a sign directing me to a different location). I had a view of the glacier from my room which was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable & the room was quiet. The shower was large with ample hot water.

Breakfast was included but very mediocre. The coffee was undrinkable. A couple of people had waffles but when we asked where they were, the busboy pointed us at the microwave. The description implies that the hot tubs are on site but they are several hundred yards down the road and open to the public.

The stay was good. We had a good view of the Hoffels glacier from the room and an even better one from outside. The room was clean and housekeeping staff were very friendly. It's a little off the beaten track so it was quiet, but there's no restaurant so eat before you arrive or drive to Hofn for dinner.

Just 2 small things. The room was HOT. And being that the sun doesn't really set, we had to close the drapes to block the light to get any sleep, and it was super stifling at night. Maybe a fan during the summer months just to circulate the air. And when I was showering, it went from very hot(which I didn't mind) to freezing with no warning. The last 60 seconds of my shower were not pleasant. My husband said the same thing happened to him, but he turned the water off completely, then back on, and it fixed it. Wish I'd thought to try that! Ha!

Practically everything! Wish we had more time there! Hot tubs were 👌🏻 The location couldn't be beat 😍 The room was large and comfortable 🥰 Amenities in the common area were awesome 👍🏻

The faucet in shower was stuck and had to use force to turn it. Even then the water was really hot.

Lovely hotel surrounded by mountains. Hot tubs are not the newest but the view makes up for it. One of the most comfortable beds I slept in while in Iceland. Breakfast had tasty waffles.

The location just off the ring road as well as within viewing of the glacier was surreal.
