The location doesn't get any better than this. A stones throw from numerous bars and restaurants. Close to various tour pickup points. Great breakfast included.

Breakfast could have a few more options but great to be able to get breakfast early before a tour.

The Studio Deluxe Apartment was amazing, really spacious and comfortable. The city centre location was perfect, with the bus stop for all tours a 5 min walk away.

No sockets by the bed. The breakfast was basic, no hot options. More concerning was the state of cleanliness within the room. The cups and cutlery provided were not properly cleaned, which was a letdown. I understand it’s guests responsibility to clean up after themselves but a once through the dishwasher wouldn’t hurt. There was also a persistent, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, reminiscent of egg, which was difficult to ignore. Additionally, the room had some overlooked areas—dusty lamps & switches & even a forgotten old sweets in one corner, hinting that more attention to detail in cleaning is needed.

The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic—conveniently situated near the best bakery’s, ice cream shops, Rainbow St, bus stop 5 Harpa & Culture house, the famous soup in bread bowl place, lots of souvenir shops & Bonus supermarket. Making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were another standout feature; they were welcoming & consistently friendly. The rooms themselves were cozy, well-heated, and provided a serene environment without any intrusive noise. I appreciated the peace and quiet, as well as the safe, secure atmosphere throughout the hotel. Plus, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing.

Excellent location walkable to many attractions. The hotel has what I would describe as small apartments with a kitchen, living room with a couch, a desk and table. The separate bedroom had a comfortable bed with closet space. There was also a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

More control over temperature in the room. Heating was off in bedroom and it was cool for sitting.

In my room, the tap cannot be turned towards pure cold water, so the water has a smell.

Bathroom was very small but workable. The shower felt very claustrophobic.

Room was good size for 1 person. Clean facilities, central location, and helpful staff! Breakfast was a bonus for me on the mornings I was able to attend.

The room I got was below standard. Broken shower door, broken toilet flush overall somewhat rusty and up for renovation. On the positive side: after I pointed out the shortcomings, I got a new room without problems.

The kitchen lacked a few key essential items and some bedding was missing but it did get sorted during our stay. It can be tricky to find parking if the hotel is busy. No free parking onsite.

The location is excellent. Good size apartment and easy access to supermarket and restaurants.

I had a fantastic room (a mini studio apartment) on the upper floor in a quiet section of the hotel. The Front Desk staff were also excellent, friendly, and very helpful. And the included morning breakfast was beyond amazing! An incredible selection of different breakfast options.

As a solo traveler it can sometimes feel quite isolated. The night manager was the only staff member who asked if I was enjoying my time or even acknowledged me passing through reception

There really was little to complain about with Hotel Fron. It was a short walk from the shuttle drop-off and easy to find. My room had the most comfortable bed and pillows of any place I’d stayed this past month! There was a wee refrigerator in the room. The breakfast had many different offerings! The staff were very nice and accommodating. I would stay there again.

My room was directly above the Public House pub so there was a lot of noise (music mostly). Luckily it was Sunday so it came to an end around 11pm.

The room was a reasonable size and had all the facilities I needed. Location very handy.
