Staff was very polite and supportive. Especially Mr. Sachin made my stay very comfortable and the way he guided was too good. Explained pin to pin how to go when to go where to go and what to avoid. Even he arranged Tempo Traveler, those drivers also very very good. Driver was ready to pick us on time. Next day sharp 9:00 am he was ready to take us outside. Overall fantastic experience.

IndiaThe only thing they can change is about the availability of hot water in the bathrooms. It's available till 12 noon. But check-in time is 12 noon. Most of the travellers who reach to check-in would like to take a hot water bath after their long trip.
Very close to the Shirdi temple. Extremely happy about the Staff at the hotel.They guide customers about everything about do's and don'ts we have to follow during our stay at Shirdi. Very impressed.

Close to the Temple (all gates). Food outlets nearby are OK. Medical shop nearby. Small convenience shops nearby. Better if you can carry your own bed sheets.

The Location of the hotel was so close to the temple. Rooms were spacious and the staff were extraordinary. We were 16 people and they really took care of our luggage so beautifully while checking in and also during check out. Their behavior and service was very very good. Also they accommodated us for few extra hours as well for a nominal charge. Food in the restaurant and coffee'tea, Bournvita were also of great taste and good quality. Overall I think I have found a permanent place to stay when ever I shall visit Shirdi :-)
