Comfort, excellent food, warm and friendly staff

Only part I was disappointed with is that there wasn't a spa or massage area in the hotel. I've seen other hotels in the area not as good have these facilities. I had to book a private massage elsewhere but would've preferred to have one in the comfort of my hotel.

There was so much to love about the hotel! First and foremost, the staff were amazing and served with a smile, were always pleasent and had a caring nature to making my stay, fabulous! The management should be really proud of the staff there and hope they get rewarded for their continuous standard. Most of all, as guests we want to be looked after! I only had the complementary breakfast as I was out majority of the time I was there, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The live counters were a nice touch, I loved my fresh dosa in the morning. Once critic would be that they should have options for continental breakfast, it was limited but I was there for the idly and dosa! No complaints about location either, I managed to get there from the airport quickly and everywhere was accessible which was handy. Overall a nice, clean and comfortable stay with excellent staff. It was hard to figure out the lighting options. Television was not easy to operate. Food was not that great.

The room was advertised as having a balcony, but did not. The hotel description said there are two restaurants, but when we were there - in February - there was only one, and it was a little cramped at breakfast for example. Only four loungers by the pool.

Good location within the city; rooftop pool was great and gym/fitness room very well equipped. The breakfast provided a very good range of options. Efficient reception and staff helpful and very customer focused. Good value for money overall.

No tissue paper box during breakfast in my table. The lady staff in the hotel at least needs to wish a Hello or Good Morning greet to customer before asking for room number during breakfast

The check-in staff voluntarily said, that he upgraded one of our booking.com rooms. But when we compared later with the facilities, both were same and nothing upgraded…here I would ask them not to claim or say so considering the client is not always dump

The pricing of the stay could have been reduced to atleast minimum of 5000 rupees per night instead of 7000 rupees per night.

The price point. Early warning about construction on the Street the hotel is located on - so that the driver did not have to go around in circles to acesss the property.

Location, Cleanliness and Staff make or break an experience. On these three counts, this property held up the Taj banner very well. The indulgent F&B staff - Mahesh suggested a unique Kerala dish and ensured we get it for breakfast the next morning!
