During the stay, no cleaning of the cottages, fresh towel delivery, or bed linen changes were provided. Additionally, I was quite displeased with the staff's favoritism towards one nationality. It turns out they offer a special menu at a convenient price for their guests, written in Russian. Upon inquiry about this offer and whether it could be translated, it was revealed that it's only available to Russian-speaking guests. However, I must mention that the localization is a big plus, and the environment is nice and quiet. The waiters were pleasant, and the food was very tasty.

Paid for luxury room with tv, no tvs worked! Toilet paper put it room last 2 days only, needs some serious updating ie painting inside and out, doors dont seal, water turned off daily, cleaners come in only when requested. Pictures show rooms when they were new not now. Dont pay for deluxe not worth the extra money.

I would not recommend the restaurant which is inside the cottage as it doesn't have half of the dishes mentioned on the menu also when we ordered our food they forgot our food twice even after reminding them our order.

The public washroom inside the resort area was dirty and needed some uplifting.

The beach is at the walkable distance from the resort. Food is great. Hospitality by the staff was top notch.

Our booking experience was terrible. We later found out that instead of it being the owner as claimed, Susegat has a booking agent who initially refused our payment, saying our debit card was unacceptable, likely fraudulent because we are not Indian. We stayed 9 nights. On arrival around 3pm it took 1 hour before our room was ready. Wifi comes and goes, generally slow, periods without. Most of our stay was without hot water, plumber’s personal issues. At times had to ask for water as it would run out. Morjim beach, also the resort beach front, is not clean, with all sorts of rubbish, bottles, plates from previous evening, empty containers and packets, old footwear left, sometimes found broken glass on beach. Why restaurant and resort owners do not unite to clean up the beach and stop guests abusing the environment? Second issue is the noise called music, the thump-thump-variety from up the beach. There were nights where we had difficulty sleeping because of noise which vibrates into the room. Starts early in the morning and goes thru till late at night.
