It was easy accessible and was very near to the Ghat which was a comfort zone to reach anywhere even to the Kashi Vishwanath temple and even the food is also good and the staff was courteous

Being on prime location, the vehicle noise is too much...continous honking on road. I think they can improve by puting sound proof classes for the window

The wifi would not work at night, for some strange reason. The room lighting is quite dim. The basin tap is loose. The AC does not cool the room quick enough, especially distressing in summer.

The room is well planned. There is a seating area and a bedroom. The location is good, walking distance from Assi ghat. The staff is very helpful. Manish at the front desk and Ajay, both offer assistance for local sight seeing.

The exterior. It doesn’t look too great from the outside because if it’s size.

Looks can be deceiving. Although it doesn’t look amazing from the outside, wait till you see the rooms! Incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything you’d need.

Nothing we could complain about - it’s noisy but that’s Varanasi - earplugs are an easy fix

Loved our stay here - super comfortable rooms, staff were amazing and the food in the cafe is divine - we loved the view over the street and the location is perfect - definitely have a dinner here as the young guy who runs the cafe cooks a brilliant Indian meal

Supply bath mats for the bathroom as the bathroom is a wet room and everthing gets wet. Taxi price for airport pick up and drop off was extremely high as well as price quoted for early morning boat trip.Better to shop around.

Great little cafe/coffee shop .Ajay makes the best ever toated sandwiches and coffee. Wonderful spot to sit quietly away from the madness outside and watch the passings by. Staff all were very friendly kind and helpful. Room was fairly spacious. Great verandah, we were on 5th floor so could look down on all the comings and goings down in the ultra busy street below. Nice artwork in common areas and rooms

I was there over a festival weekend and the music was absolutely pounding. It was quite noisy. The hotel is also is near a bend in the road and so the horns were blaring into the night. It does get quieter as the night goes on, but just something to be aware of and maybe take some ear plugs.

Location near Assi Ghat was perfect for what I needed. Easy to walk there and some good restaurants nearby. The cafe in the hotel was basic but good. The rooms were bigger than I was expecting - double room with a sitting room, small table, plenty of plugs, a fridge etc. and all very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything.

I think the breakfast needs bit of improvement, I think they try their best but it’s not quite European. Perhaps just make dosa and that would be nice in the morning.

This little hotel was everything as we expected from the reviews, walking distance to the river and ASI ghat, also central location for all the little merchants and restaurants. Reasonably clean and lovely helpful staff. We also booked the morning boat ride which was amazing highly recommended as it was only two of us considering most boat trips have lots of people on board. We like the style of the hotel and morning coffee ☕️ at the coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. Also services were great, they provided us everything we needed. Very grateful ☺️

The rooms could be better lit, and the coffee kettle broke down (but was promptly fixed)! The rooms could also do with a few USB outlets that are handy to charge phones and other devices. BTW: Be prepared for noise from the street. It isn't too much, but it is persistent, from 6 am to 10 pm.

The people at the hotel -- Ajay, Manish and Priyanshu -- were outstanding. They were helpful, prompt, and reliable in their advice. Very friendly. The small cafe attached to the hotel is adequate for breakfast and small meals. We had asked for some sandwiches to be made for us when we were leaving. By accident, the sandwiches got left behind. Ajay called the taxi driver and asked him to wait (we had driven just 5 minutes). He brought the packet of sandwiches on his motorcycle. The sandwiches were handy because the food options at Varanasi airport -- where we were headed -- are terrible. We loved the fact that the property was just 100m from Assi Ghat (5-minute walk).

So so so so incredibly loud. I live on 125th Street in Manhattan, and I’ve never heard louder street noise in my life.

That we had to pay extra for the child bed even tough it consisted only in a mattress laid on the floor.

The street noise tends to only stop around midnight and then starts again around 5am.

Sometimes, nobody can reply the phone when you call the “front desk” coz the owner / staff is in the coffee shop
