Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Spain1. The rooms do not have refrigerators. 2. The staff, although quite polite and helpful, need better understanding of English and training related to restaurant and customer services. 3. The neighbourhood has no pedestrian areas, and this limits the options to explore and walk around safely.

There are plenty of street food and restaurant options immediately outside the hotel. 5. The staff is supportive and welcoming. 6. There is an ATM close to the hotel. 7. They are working on a restaurant at the rooftop, which will be ready for the high season and we strongly believe it has potential. 8. You could go on the rooftop to see the views at the sunrise and /or sunset. 9. Although it is a busy street the facility and rooms have great sound insulation and you can rest and relax well.

India- The lighting in the room could be improved - its is quite dim so it was difficult to manage in the night. But this is not a big deal. - The hand shower in the bathroom was a little clumsy for water flow - The bedsheet on Day 1 had some marks which made it look dirty. Nonetheless it was replaced the next day.
- The suite was big enough to accommodate our family with 2 rooms and 2 attached bathrooms - Hot water in the bathroom was available throughout the day - The room service was excellent and they replaced the linens everyday - The people were very humble and well mannered and followed our instructions related to the food requirements - The buffet breakfast was yummy and fresh In short the stay was a complete value for money. I will highly recommend this property

IndiaThe trauma that receptionist gave us n booking.com issues of not being clear in rooms of pax.
The front office manager was good. The reception person tried to take extra money from us as I think there is a bug in booking and it booked us 2 rooms with 1 pax each..instead of 2 rooms with 2 pax each. .now obviously reception guy tried to con us by 2000++ inr but reception mgr was good n sorted it at inr 200/ breakfast which was fine. Food is very good n restaurant manager great. Rooms are fine...neat n clean. Overall - recommend it but should never take advantage of errors of system/process.
