I had a greay stay, the Hotel is very clean,the staff is extremely kind and helpful especially the receptionist,Mr Santos. Good location The room was spacious. I will definitely come back. I would recommend it to anyone.

- The lighting in the room could be improved - its is quite dim so it was difficult to manage in the night. But this is not a big deal. - The hand shower in the bathroom was a little clumsy for water flow - The bedsheet on Day 1 had some marks which made it look dirty. Nonetheless it was replaced the next day.

- The suite was big enough to accommodate our family with 2 rooms and 2 attached bathrooms - Hot water in the bathroom was available throughout the day - The room service was excellent and they replaced the linens everyday - The people were very humble and well mannered and followed our instructions related to the food requirements - The buffet breakfast was yummy and fresh In short the stay was a complete value for money. I will highly recommend this property

The trauma that receptionist gave us n booking.com issues of not being clear in rooms of pax.

The front office manager was good. The reception person tried to take extra money from us as I think there is a bug in booking and it booked us 2 rooms with 1 pax each..instead of 2 rooms with 2 pax each. .now obviously reception guy tried to con us by 2000++ inr but reception mgr was good n sorted it at inr 200/ breakfast which was fine. Food is very good n restaurant manager great. Rooms are fine...neat n clean. Overall - recommend it but should never take advantage of errors of system/process.

Breakfast was OK but not always the same. A semolina dish was really nice but missing on other occasions. Otherwise, no complaints. I would happily stay here again

Location is good. Easy location for our driver to get to. Rooms are quite big for the price. King size beds are really comfortable. Close to some good restaurants. Breakfast was included in our deal. Hotel arranged a taxi for our adult children who were flying in to join our trip

The restaurant was not clean enough so we did not eat there. We had breakfast included in our price but we could not use it because all the food was shared including butter and marmelade - they were awailable in big bowls, so people were taking portions for themselves. Butter was clearly mixed with something (maybe breadcrums) so it did not give impression of being clean. I belive it is important to provide butter and marmelade in small packages so that each person gets closed package. The location of the hotel is on a busy road, so noise is present during the day, but usually in the night it was not bad, so it was possible to rest. Bed sheets had some stains. We also used laundry service. One tshirt came back dirty and in a dirty bag.

The room was clean enough, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would say that it is a good quality-price ratio.

There was nothing that we disliked.

The staff were always with smiling faces and friendly. The entire hotel and room were fitted with nice tiles and maintained clean. We liked the buffet breakfast with the limited menus, but enough for us. The in-house restaurant also served acceptable lunch and dinner. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. My family truly liked the hotel and was a value for money.

Service of the staff working there was brilliant. They were helpful, kind and very accommodating. Ram ratan ji , the attendent for us, was ever smiling and helped us with our luggage and cleaning. I highly recommend this hotel.

We reached early morning.. sudeenly the staff told your booking is not confirmed so leave the place as there is no room available.. that too prevoius day afternoon only we called the hotel and confirmed for early check in too, during the call we wre told, we need to pay extra for early check-in that was fine for us. But during our arrival we were told, your booking not confirmed, please leave and when we reminded about previous day conversation they told it is subject to availablity. But fortunatly during that time early moring one lady checked-out the room.. they immediately cleaned the room and after 30 mins they given that room. But we opted the room for 2 twin beds, but we got with one bed room, but we had no choice at that time.. Other than this 3 days stay and morning complimentary breakfast are ok.

The linens were clean but had stains on them. We could have used additional pillows in the room but we did not ask. I'm sure they would have accommodated us, we just didn't try.

Reasonably priced hotel in Jaipur. It is located halfway between popular tourist spots (amber fort, city palace) which is why we picked it. The hotel is nice enough for the money and is a fair value. The breakfast that was included was surprisingly delicious! While the coffee is instant coffee, they serve different meals each day (Indian style and vegetarian) and they were really really tasty! The first night we stayed, our room was near the street and it was very very loud from the traffic and there was a wedding with fireworks. Single pane window. The best day we asked the staff if it was possible to move and they had us a new room within 5 minutes. The second room was great, quiet, and peaceful. Compared to other hotels, this place is a solid pick for a low priced stay.

Hotel was located near a busy intersection. Hence the traffic was horrific and it was the same day and night. Surrounding and the road was not clean while the hotel inside was clean

It was hotel which is near the old quarter of the city, hence most attractions were within short distance. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was okay. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean. It was good value for money
