Could have been more luggage assistance the moment you get out of your car, this was missing, had to take my luggage myself till reception. Also, at this price point, no bathtub in the room is disappointing

Superb property with beautiful greenery and water body when you enter. Feels serene and peaceful though its on a main road. Rooms have a nice garden view, and are well appointed. Bed and pillows shine. Staff is excellent, from Suman at front desk to Kuldeep who helped with luggage to the In room dining wait staff. Food is pretty good, and particularly the Indian food in In room dining was stellar. Hot water in shower was exactly the right temperature. Minibar actually had good items in it.

This hotel left a lasting impression on me. Our stay was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. All the facilities were in great condition and fully available. Great for an overnight stay before going to the airport. In an industrial area. Exceptionally nice hotel grounds with a very nice bar with outside seating. Room was perfect, staff very nice and attentive.

I always stay at the Trident, no other place makes the grade. I was quite ill with the flue this stay and the staff were all providing family remedies of teas with cinamon and ginger and sending these to my room. With no cost ... that is home and that is genuinely family. Besides the timeless structure and architecture that is impeccably maintained.

Beautiful architecture, transiting the city of Gurgaon ( more like a financial district/ Tech Hub Area) close to the cultural heritage New Delhi, very convenient located just 30 minutes from International Airport, perfectly for leisure. Best to book on arrival or departure, would save you time considering the traffic jam in India. The hotel belongs to Oberoi Group, the level of hospitality this group has its incomparable, the authentic culture mixed with modern makes everything luxuriate. Great staff , friendly, attentive, from reception staff Gujeeret ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly) , we received the most beautiful room and the great welcoming in the hotel. Nitant, a lovely presence at the Lobby Bar , very friendly and helpful. Akash, Anshul, Prakash and so many others from the staff , even though I didn’t get their names, was offering the best service , very attentive and accommodating with our needs. Very stylish, chic, charming hotel and very clean, cleaning service from room was impeccable. Good choice for breakfast, very delicious and plenty of options, variety for lunch and dinner complimented with Indian, Mediterranean and Asian Fusion cuisine.

Corridors are long, and you could walk quite a distance to reach your transport. I had requested a possible extension for an extra night during check-in. Room availability was confirmed, and they gave me a rate saying I could extend before check-out time. The next morning, when I confirmed the extension, I was told they had no availability, and I was asked to check out in half an hour. I had to pack in a hurry and disrupt my schedule at check-out. When I expressed my displeasure at being asked to leave as a checked-in 'guest,' a senior staffer apologised and said a room had just opened so I could extend the stay. I state this experience as a poorly managed guest relationship because the junior staffer had me vacate the room and go to reception before they rectified their error. Especially in India, don't kick a guest out.

The hotel has beautiful architecture, spacious rooms, and high ceilings. The in-room dining has a decent selection, and the food is excellent.

- We had a room next to the bar, at night you would hear the loud music. Which they eventually turn off at a specific hour. So if you want to sleep early you would hear it. - The restaurant Saffron has live entertainment, unfortunately if you sit in the back you cannot enjoy the performance since there are pillars blocking the view.

The architect of the hotel, the location, the garden and interior is so elegant and beautiful. The staff of the hotel are marvelous!! Very respectful, kind, customer driven and a lot of knowledge about the hotel's USP. The food was amazing, the breakfast was also good! Lots of choices. The rooms are good, the shower was very good! The taxi service from hotel to airport was also nice! Friendly driver. Overall a wonderful stay! And a special thank you to Ibrahim for entertaining us.

Unfortunately, there was no male masseur available, which meant I couldn’t use the massage services. I hope this option becomes available for all guests in the future.

We stayed one night at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were very polite and professional. One of the female staff members took our photo upon arrival to our room without explaining the reason, but later we found out she wanted to prepare a surprise for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a delicious cake prepared for us. All the restaurant staff were extremely professional, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the massage here, although, unfortunately, they didn’t have a male masseur, so I couldn’t use the massage services myself. The interior, pool, and gym were all excellent and very relaxing
