One of the best experiences, from the welcome on the gate to the hotel room . The property is very beautiful and what makes the experience extra special is the service , everyone is so welcoming and lastly the care to pack breakfast for us when we got late .

Everything, the rooms was clean and well equipped, the food was tasty and there so many options, everything fresh home made, and the best part was the staff, they were so kind and welcoming and took care for all of our needs with attention to every small detail. There is also beautiful and huge pool and exceptional yoga instructor!! I will definitely come back again!

- Long check-in time despite checking in at 8 pm; then the key didn't work :-( - Food choices were limited and expensive - some crunchy salad in Kokomi restaurant was a 'deep fried' vegetable salad. Avoid. Though the Stewardess tried to make up for it by tossing a fresh salad and bringing it!

- Great gym - Comfortably appointed rooms - Excellent and comfortable checkout at 5am! - Nice dinner spread (Buffet)

We stayed for our last night in India after a two week family tour. Children aged 10 and 5 years old. Stayed in a room and hotel happily added an extra bed at no extra charge. The main bed was more than ample for two adults and a 5 year old. This stay was much needed. The hotel staff are very attentive. The pool is large and clean. The dining was a real treat. The buffet was very impressive. My favourite meal was the breakfast buffet. At around £12.50 per adult and half that for the children, it was expensive for India but worth every penny. Fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, eggs to order, cereal, juices, tea, it literally was never ending! The hotel architecture is impressive. Outside in the evening was a DJ. It was a magnificent end to the holiday. The reception staff happily ordered us an Uber to the airport which took say 20 minutes and cost 500 Rupees. We chose this hotel as we stayed at The Maidens hotel for the first few days when we arrived in Delhi and were very impressed with The Trident Group. We wished we had stayed longer here. It really was the cream on top of a wonderful family holiday in India. Expensive but worth every penny. Luxurious and self indulgent end to the holiday. The children were so happy here and we have some lovely memories. I rate this hotel highly and was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thankyou especially to Kartik our waiter for his kindness and help. He is a real credit to the hotel

My room was near the bar, and light music was heard from 6ish PM all the way until 11 pm ish... Nothing major but... :(

Luxury hotel with luxury price but worth if you want to spend the money. Close to the airport. A quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Delhi.

Amazing resort hotel. Really liked everything here, staff , food and the facilities, kids loved the pool area. Wanted to stay longer but we couldn’t due to other scheduled trips. Next time we should surely visit this place again.

The walk starting from the porch via reception to the room, was like never ending. It was anywhere btwn 350-400mtrs. Wish they had some buggy to cover that up 😀

The only reason I don't like - itv was to good to forget, so now I'm waiting to be back again.

I like everything in this hotel from the beginning! They organised transfer service from airport in high level. I feel like I back home but not an a hotel.
