It would be good if the beds had curtains so that once the light in the room was turned on, it would not disturb the sleep of the sleeper. I arrived very early after traveling at night and as soon as I went to bed there was movement from both the other guests and the staff. it was quite annoying. Everyone left the light on when leaving and entering as if it wouldn't bother them or even cost them. The bedroom door didn't close properly, wasting energy from two of the room's air conditioners, which I didn't understand why, just one unit would be fine. Air conditioning can be pleasant for users, but it causes enormous heat in the city, the less and less the use, the less the region's microclimate heats up. I also didn't understand very well, as a guest we only have access to the room as well as the terrace, super hot during the day, sitting at the coffee table is not allowed unless it is consumed- The price is very convenient, but the prices of menu are quite abusive for what you get in return. I had a horrible coffee that was more expensive than in Europe. If it is a question of having a higher level of service, it could have a different value for guests, or at least the level of the menu is in line with what is charged.

One of the things that India has to offer is the goodwill and kindness of those who work in the hotel industry, everyone is always very attentive, willing to help in any way, friendly and cordial. I know they earn little and this also provides them with opportunities to make good tips. However, I also know that they are well-demanded by their superiors to provide a good service and not allow the level of the establishment to fall. the place was always very clean, the staff paid attention to the guests at all times, whether with tips and recommendations or even offering services in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I liked the colors of the place, and the decoration theme, very creative and harmonious, was actually the reason why I chose this hotel. Furthermore, the place has a dog that is as calm and receptive as the place. Can only recommend!

- no wet amenities in the bathroom - I was woken up at 7.30am by the restaurant's music, even though it opened at 9.30am. - the staff don't communicate well with each other, they ask you the same things over and over again - the coffee shop is managed separately from the hostel, with separate billing - Included breakfast was too basic for a single room at this price

Few hiccups during my stay in the female dorm - the toilet seat in our room was broken, taken off and kept on the floor when I entered, and there was some dirty greyish/white water lying in the bucket. The reservation came with free breakfast, however, they took over 30-40 minutes to get a basic sandwich which I requested to be made with only veggies and no butter, cheese or mayo. The regular sandwich including butter was delivered to another occupant within 5-10 mins, so it was weird that one without most ingredients took way too long. A friend had ordered a burger which also took over 45 minutes, so may be the kitchen was working really slow that morning.

Nice spacious rooms, clean areas, lots of plants and lively atmosphere. Love the ambience and the location. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Nicely done up. Comfortable blankets and mattresses. Lockers are available if needed. Hot water was readily available to shower with and drinking water was too.

The room dynamic is a bit off according to me. There is not much ventilation. AC is fied in one corner of the room and the people who have occupied upper beds do not get that much air. The room could also have a small table fan and mirror for ease.

The entrance from the restaurant was shut from time to time. While this is not much of a problem, the route from the back looks a bit shady. So it's not convenient when you're coming and going late at night or early in the morning.

Few communication issues due to me not speaking Hindi/Marathi. When I pointed out that things were missing or didn't work eg. Bed side lamp, they promised to fix them "tomorrow" but then didn't. Hallways not too clean. Lockers required a key to use, but one key opened multiple people's lockers, so they weren't very secure. While bedrooms could be locked from inside, there were no keys to the room, so if your roomates locked the door and you were still out, you just had to knock until they woke. The alternative was just not locking the bedroom door. Either way, required coordination with roommates.

Clean bedding, easy to relax in, free breakfast and friendly staff. Modern, aesthetic feel, attracting sociable but quiet people. Beach/chill vibes. Nice bathrooms and comfy and functional furniture.

Hard to access inside after 11pm need to call security person who does not promptly answer and appears to always be asleep. Did not receive a towel for 24 hours in a private room, until after 6 requests, once I was told by staff "I'm too busy right now", the cafe was about 25% full. I had a future booking which I was harrased about on my final night to make payment. This is not appropriate do not harrass guests at 11pm for a future booking in a week's time. Staff barely speak English.

After 11pm, you are required to call a number to be allowed entry to the hostel, which is quite frustrating. Also, on my stay, there were works being carried out into the early hours of the night. I really didn't appreciate staff vacuuming at 5.45am - and although this may have been a one-off, things like this should be considered in the future, as your guests pay to have a full night of rest.

The dorm rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms were in good, clean condition. It's in an ideal location, with lots of food options nearby.

- Everytime you would need water, you would need to go to cafe (ground-floor) and beg to fill the water...there should be water-filler on each floor...it's a Big Issue - .imagine doing it 3-4 times a day - Hostel's food menu and Cafe menus are different - but no one told me and there's no Notice anywhere, so end up buying food from Cafe initially, which is very pricy. - Breakfast ( which is included in hostel's fee) has a "Timing" - But again No Notice anywhere, and you might end up missing due to Timing. There should be a notice so one can come down accordingly. - Usually Hostels organize fun activities, so hostellers can meet each-other, no such thing in last 10 days.....so Missing! - I travel a lot, and always if we have flight/train in few hours after checkout - So we can pack our begs..vacate bed and lockers and use common area for waiting..here they don't allow that...Owner asked me to wait on a bench at the reception..that was a big turn off for me! - I think they need to understand the difference between Hotel and Hostel's culture!

- Hostel is clean and Cafe staff is polite and attentive. - After party, we can come late and someone would be there to open (loved it) - It's close to Lane-6, which has some good eating options. - Outside food is allowed, if we eat at the common area. - Hostel menu food is good.
