Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Saudi ArabiaThe reception staff was a bit curt. I asked for a complimentary drop to airport after staying for 5 nights. The guy at reception needs a few classes on how to to keep your customer happy. He looked at a short term view by saying that it’s not possible. Maybe they do not have the freedom to make a decision like that. Maybe, because of this incident, I might choose Sofitel which is their next door neighbour.

United StatesFood. I ordered Veg Biryani from late night menu. It was delivered as promised in 30 minutes. To my surprise it is a precooked one and heated up and sent, worst biryani you can get! I have given my feedback immediately but the hotel charged for it proudly anyway. The quality of South Indian food is awful. Needs a lot of improvement or stop offering. I tried Maya restaurant and that offered good quality vegetarian food but quantity is below standard for the price.
Location. Bandra Kurla area is centrally located and the hotel shuttle to local attractions and offices.

TaiwanThe way to order breakfast is a little confusing, also items I didn’t order were sent to me several times by mistake. Also the electric curtains would automatically reset if the power was tripped, it happened twice in the middle of the night l, which was pretty loud and frightening.
