The location of this hotel is on a busy road and the main entrace is not attractive. But being primarily a business hotel, this is also a positive as it is well connected to the city and make commuting to sightseeing/shopping much easier. One evening, they were celebrating the Hotel day, so the noise from the music was a bit louder than we would have liked.

Calicut is known for food and we had traveled to this city for experiencing the food culture. We were presently surprised with the quality and taste of the food at the Keraleyam resturant. Although, we did try the popular foodie places in Calicut, the hotel restaurant could hold its own. We liked the staff who were very helpful and eager to make your stay better. They gave good tips that helped in improving our stay in the city. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accomodated our requests with ease and smiles.

The waiting time for food to be prepared and served could be improved. There is only one restaurant and the cafe on the first floor has limited working hours.

Centrally located, big rooms, good proactive staff. The Raviz has a lot going on for itself and is ideal for business travelers. The food - both in-room dining and the restaurant, is good.

5* Hotel has no proper covered parking facility, if you insist they will allow you to park in the basement and pay extra money. Not much Rs.30/- only but it is not good for a guest who is traveling on their own cars & need access

It's a great suggestion to introduce curtain creeper plants in the breakfast area to help mitigate the heat from the direct sunlight coming through the glass panes. This could significantly enhance the comfort of guests during breakfast hours. Regarding the unexpected housekeeping service at 10:30 at night, that indeed sounds like a mix-up. It's possible there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding, as it wasn't requested. While it's natural to wonder about the intention behind such occurrences, it's more likely an oversight or mistake rather than an indirect way of checking. However, it might be worth bringing this incident to the attention of the management to ensure better coordination and service in the future.

Staying at Raviz was an absolute pleasure. The comfort level was top-notch with excellent amenities and a well-stocked array of toiletries. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room itself was wonderfully spacious. The breakfast served was nothing short of amazing, and I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the tea compared to my previous visits.

We had a great at the Raviz, probably one of the best hotels in Calicut at the moment. Breakfast was very nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. Great value for money, recommended for families!

The restaurant was ok - the menu could have some more varied options. We didn't choose to have the breakfast included but we paid extra for it one morning and did not really think it was worth the price (approx 15 GBP for two people).

Very comfortable and clean room, really nice pool and restaurant/lounge by the pool. Drinks prices were very reasonable, especially compared to most restaurants. Reception staff were always helpful.

The bathroom could have been better. It's very spacious and had everything we needed but the water leaked out from the shower.

The first night there were a few mosquitoes in our room but as soon as we alerted the staff about it housekeeping sprayed the room & it got rid of the mosquitoes!

Congusted entrance, the note found on the room table onbpenalty for smoking (while here is no indication about it while reserving), shower room door water seepage and mosquito repellent had to be used in the stat hotel room.
