Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI've been to many countries and most of the major 5 stars in India and abroad. The hospitality in The Park, Hyderabad has been the best of them. They took care of us very well. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff are very courteous. Heena has been very helpful during our stay. We stayed in the Trillion suit. We really enjoyed the stay.

AustraliaThe prices are pretty hot for the buffet for one, INR 2,200. Then again the bar prices are red hot, and price goughing! Jacobs Creek Chardonnay, Australian or Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc, South African, were the only 2 drinkable white wines. Their Jacobs Creek is AUD$22 a glass, in Australia it's $8. Then for a bottle, they want AUD$112, for the Jacobs Creek 4 times the cost in Australia. While the Sav Blanc bottle, is AUD$140 or 5 times the price in Australia. I know there is a large tax on importing wine to India, but it's being used as an excuse to gouge customers.
Most everything, good room, dining area was good with a wide range of food morning and night.

The receiving of the staff is very good,the have explored whole hotel,the room was the clean thanks toMS. HASEENA who made us comfortable with the room service and also personally helped me with my heavy lehanga, i felt like home,the pool,jacuzzi,sona experience with friends is marvelous and even the room service is excellent they helped by arranging an extra bed at 3:00 AM also which was super fast,the very next day MR.PANKAJ at reception surprised an complementary BDAY CAKE for me.that was next level surprise
