Breakfast should have more variety. other paid meals were good.

Location is away from the city, in between the deodar trees. The hotel was has unique calmness during night & early morning. Very good for meditation. Our room had valley view, which connects you to nature. I specially like the calmness and enjoyed the nature fully. Great relaxation.

WiFi connectivity was bad.

For family of 4 the room and bathroom size was quite enough, The food was delicious. The travel desk guy(Ranjit) arranged a nice cab and driver(Santo). The driver entertained us whilst the whole trip and also guided us at many places.The Balcony view was picturesque ( because it was snow mountain faced)

Food can be a bit better in terms of taste and range for the price being charged.

The vicinity of the location that it is close to the mall road and hidimba temple and the fact that it is on a terrain gives a splendid view of the snow clad mountains on both sides of the hotel.

I question if the sheets had been changed prior to my arrival as I found black hairs in my bed before I used. My feet were severely bitten whilst sleeping so there was no insect control in the room. The rooms were cold and there seemed no way to turn up the heating. There was a real lack of toilet paper in the bathrooms for guests. only one part roll was provided and no spare.

The staff in the kitchen were amazing and really helpful to us on each occasion.

Some minor things and feedback - 1. Could definitely use a better, more diverse breakfast menu - the available options were good, however (including great tea) 2. There are no in-room dining options post 11 pm, despite some items on the menu being labeled as "Available all-time" 3. The staff changes the bedding / linen only once a day and same for cleaning the bathroom - it would be nice if they're a little more accommodating of more than 1 request, in some urgent cases, that's all

The property overall is new, well-maintained, has really spacious rooms (we stayed in the family room with a balcony), and has a gorgeous view from the balcony. The staff is very helpful, and assisted us with local sightseeing and transportation as well. The in-room dining options are quite nice as well, and they're generous with their portion sizes. The property offers great value for money.

It was a wonderful experience which amplifies the climatic conditions at Manali too. With the right Nature and nice ambiance at Orchard, we got lots of precious and memorable moments during the stay. Staff behaviour was excellent and rooms were at par level comfy. Indeed to mention about Mr. Sachin from HO- Orchard Green, he extended his helping hands for some amenities which was required at right moment. Location of property was superb and very near to the Holy place Hadimba Temple. View from balcony was “ more than awesome ” and refreshes your mind every-time you were looking into the snowy mountains. Only suggestion is to improve a little more attention towards food in terms of tastes and all ( Not a minus point , only a suggestion ) Overall, the stay was memorable and we enjoyed the precious time in full throttle ( Attaching some pics for your reference ) Enjoy your trip and stay !!!!

Requested breakfast to be packed as early check out but it was not up to the mark and tea or coffee was not provided even after many request

Heaters were charged extra 300 per night, whereas on booking.com it was mentioned as general facility. Other facilities like laundary are mentioned as additional charge but no additional charges were mentioned for heater. However we didn't argue much as it was an essential facility given the temperature fell below 0° at nights.Apart from this staff left 1 of our bag unattended at reception counter and we along with staff spent half an hour to figure out where the bag went missing...there was a luggage mixup as well in arrival...our luggage was moved to a different room and took us some additional time to get it back....there was some chaos when we arrived... however, once we settled, things were good....

Location is good. Breakfast spread was nice. Appreciate the support provided by staff to get the heaters fixed.

The staff was inexperienced and the food for breakfast was improperly cooked. The hotel needs to train their staff to have better management. They were courteous but lacked understanding of the role.

I liked that the amenities were new, and the hotel rooms were clean.
