Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe Rooms were cold even after switching off the A/C. The quilt was ineffective . The way the buffet restaurant was organised. The waitresses work very hard but there is a chaotic system in place. Too many managers and not enough waiting staff. You would have to ask several times for water and coffee. This was the same for many other guests. The tables would often not be cleared and people were left waiting to be seated for quite a while. We have stayed in another 2 5 star hotels in India since leaving the Leela and they have good organised restaurants.
The decoration, the cleanliness. Helpfulness of most of the staff. The quality of the food. The quality of the rooms. They were luxurious and the beds were very comfortable.

United KingdomShower cubicle door opened inwards which makes it awkward to use. Pool is not heated so was very cold No way of ordering a drink if your sat outside. When asked, staff said I had to be sat in the Cuba bar to order a drink despite copious amounts of seating outside.
It was very modern and clean. It smelled amazing Staff are amazing. Very attentive and the services are all very well executed.

AustraliaThe billing system was unable to cope with splitting bills to respective rooms. Staff tried their best but guest had to work out individual room bills. The family was split in two towers. Knowing fully well the need to be together they could not provide accommodation in same tower.
Premium room and deluxe suites were very good. Spacious, neat and clean and room service and laundry was superb. Hotel is very big and cafe knosh was perfect for breakfast lunch and dinner. Birthday celebration at Cherry bar was a huge success. Thanks to Sameer, Pankaj Joshi and staff guests thoroughly enjoyed the occasion at Cherry Bar Husmanjeet from Cafe Knosh was delightful dealing with the kids and served us lunch and dinner diligently. Kids loved her presence.

Concerned for her well-being, I made the decision to extend our stay by an additional three nights. I wanted to ensure that she had fully recovered before we moved on to our next destination. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received. The staff truly went above and beyond, surpassing all our expectations during this challenging time. When my mom fell ill, they immediately responded by sending a doctor to our suite, showing a remarkable level of care and urgency. As her condition worsened, the staff swiftly coordinated her transportation to the hospital, providing us with peace of mind during a very stressful period. I cannot express enough gratitude to the dedicated team who assisted us; their support made all the difference. Furthermore, our suite was clean, a testament to the hotel’s high hygiene and maintenance standards. The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff were evident in every interaction, making our stay feel comfortable and relaxing despite the circumstances. The breakfast offerings were extensive, and we enjoyed a delightful variety each morning. We found ourselves dining almost every day at their restaurant, Dilli 32, where the food was nothing short of amazing. Overall, our experience at the Leela Ambience was remarkable, and I am incredibly thankful for the compassionate care we received. I would choose to stay at this hotel again when I'm back in Delhi. :)
