Amenities like they give only one lltr drinking Walter in a day for 3 guests, also they don't give basic facilities like toothpaste and hand towel to guests, and third one is they have very limited options in breakfast buffet with readymade puch coffee

We had an excellent stay at Beira Mar Beach Resort! Thanks to Mr. Rohit and the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality and welcoming service. They went above and beyond by organizing a birthday cake for my son, making our celebration even more special. The resort is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery that adds to the serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The way to the beach can be improved. Beds were not comfortable..they were moving always. Gym is very unclean..untidy..and equipments are all bad..

Overall stay was good but unfortunately the spa facilites were non operational. Opt for Deluxe room as it is far better than the standard room, that would be our next choice. Proximity to the beach makes it the prime reason to call one back. Excellent property for sea lovers. Sumptious breakfast.

Way the staff forced our check-out, even after informing that we will be checking out by 11.30. After cottage change we were alloted another cottage at 3.30PM. Still staff was insisting on express check-out. Floor seepage from between tiles

ROOMS WERE. SPACIOUS. BUT DARK INSIDE DUE TO THE DARK BROWN DECOR. SOME ROOMS HAVE WHITE WALLS WHICH MAY BRIGHTEN UP THE ROOMS

The rooms need to be a lot better though. The bathrooms and toilets are arranged in a weird manner. The door of one bangs into the other. The washbasin is the bath area and their is no basin in the toilet. No space to hang towels or any separate shower area in the bathroom. There are too many windows without proper curtains. The lighting is very poor, the flooring is very cheap, the wooden doors feel cheap and even the pillows were so hard. I would really suggest that the resort upgrade their rooms to match with the outdoor experience they provide.

Beira Mar's proximity to the beach is amazing and it is a perfect spot for beach lovers. Just a 2 min walk from the room and you are the beach. The gardens and parks are also very developed and maintained. The greenery was quite nice. The chola bhatura at the breakfast was fantastic. There's a taxi stand right outside which is also very helpful.

Linen is as stained and stale. Lumpy pillows. Signs in English regarding clothing in the pool and using balconies for laundry were ignored by local tourists Poor lighting to my bungalow at night made me nervous and unwilling to stay out after dark Need more attention to bungalow maintenance. Scratching noises in the ceiling at night.

Its looking tired in places, our kettle was temperamental and the lock kept sticking. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. The pool tiles were cracked and broken in places and the water feature filled with stones is a sorry sight.

The gardens were lovely, the room was spacious and the bed comfy. Staff were polite and helpful.

It’s a wee bit tired and empty pool filled with stones not appealing. Food was ok but beach shacks offer better selection and value.

Close to beach, staff lovely everyone especially the young lads in restaurant and room cleaners. Lots of natural wildlife in and around site too. 1 minute walk and your on beach.

Adjacent to beach car park and loud music late at night was an issue on a couple of nights as our bungalow was very close. We were moved to a much quieter location. Pool table could do with an overhaul!

Booked for 5 nights and stayed for 8. Well kept gardens; clean, practically unused pool - ideal for relaxing and swimming. Very close to beach. Restaurant catered for European tastes as well as Asian. Excellent, helpful staff. Very close to beach and good restaurants further along. Would stay again.

Resort is adjacent to beach car park and some loud music was heard after midnight on a couple of occasions which Police tended to ignore. Reception were helpful and moved us to a quieter place. Ripped off at bar at entrance to the beach.

Beautifully maintained gardens and no mosquitoes; little used large pool; very close to beach; very helpful staff; good variety of food and alcohol at reasonable prices. We stayed for 8 nights and would return again. Excellent beach restaurants within short distance.
