IndiaNo outside view from the room. We could hear the voice of people passing by from the stares. Food was very costly. Have to order dinner by 4 PM only with a very limited food option. No activities (except carom board) for people wanting to spare some time in the homestay.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Although the weather was cold and rainy, we were comfortable inside. The hosts are warm and friendly. The staff were very responsive. The food was also very good. Ammathi is a perfect spot to stay in as it is equally distanced from Coorg's many attractions, including Nagarhole and Thale Cauvery.

We had 3 rooms: - there was no notice to say to switch on the water heater for a warm shower (switch outside bathroom) - couldn’t work out how to use the TV in my room - the kettle didn’t work in one room
