We have made bookings at Hotel online by making payments in advance.But we have been treated by the staff, when we reached the hotel,was very disappointing.We never had such an experience earlier before.We reached the hotel on 15.08.2023 early in the morning at 6.15am after reaching somnath from dwarka at 5.15am.We have been told by hotel staff who was present at that time that,we will not allow to check in before 12.00noon as it is the Checking in time.We are having 03ladies and 01gents in our family.We were not expecting such a rude behaviour of hotel staff.They simply told us that,we will not allow you to fresh n up or be comfortable in room and don't even know the time that,when your room will get available.Because of this,we have to look for a dharamshala for freshing up and getting relaxed which costs Rs.2000/- for next 05 hours due non cooperation of staff at Hotel Bliss. Our request to Hotel Management is that,they should not place gunda type staff at Frontline if they want future business.Staff should identify the guest and treat them Nicely,if they are eligible for. No tea,coffee,or milk powder are placed inside the room alongwith tea kettel.Neither shower gel or shampoo is placed inside the toilet & washroom.When asked from staff,they are simply saying that it is not as per policy of Hotel.

Breakfast done at Hotel/Restaurant was good and value for money. One of the senior staff behaviour was too good that he treated us well.

The room didn't have an AC. For a property so close to sea and with humid weather most of the time the property doesn't have a majority as AC rooms. Also, once I entered the room, it smelled bad. I had to basically spray a room freshner to make sure that the room smelt better. For the amount of money they charge, this small little tweaks will make it a far much better experience than how it was Also, in this day and age, why would they only have cash payment as the only option is beyond me.

The food was the biggest plus in this property. The chef did an excellent job with the meals and the service too at the restaurant was absolutely great.

Service lift was not in a working condition and also front desk staff was rude. On top of that they made me paid the room tariff thru UPI payment and they said their credit card machine is not working. Rest all was good

the staff was rude and arrogant, there’s no room service. No hangers in almirahs. It’s a hopeless hotel doesn’t anywhere close to a three star. Don’t recommend these kind of hotels on your site and ruin your reputation also.

THE SHEETS WERE STAINED,TOWELS HAD HOLES IN THEM,THE AESTHETICS OF THE ROOM WERE HORRENDOUS,THE TV WAS IN ONE CORNER NOT VISIBLE FROM THE DOUBLE BED,ERRATICALLY POSITIONED LIGHTING N PLUG IN SOCKETS. THE CORRIDORS HAVE MOTION DETECTION LIGHTS,WHEN THE LIFT OPENS IT GIVES EERIE FEELING AS IT IS ALL DARK THEN AS ONE STEPS OUT THE CORRIDOR LIGHTS TURN ON,IF ONE TAKES A LITTLE LONGER TO OPEN THE ROOM,THE CORRIDOR LIGHTS SWITCH OFF SO KINDLY KEEP JUMPING OR MOVING....
