I thought that payment it will be taken from my account before arrive, but it wasn’t, so we didn’t manage to have that amount of cash. But then they allow to us to go to the room and accommodate ourselves, and to get the rest of payment, but before that they called a few times to the room reminding the pending payment, it was so annoy. Plus I requested to have some banana around 5.30am as we woke up to see sunrise Taj Mahal views, and the refused to give it to me, it would be charged 170rp extra, so do not make any sense if we will be coming back for breakfast time.

The rain - but you cant blame the hotel for that!

Great location approximately 500 meters from the Taj Mahal. As with our other hotel experiences is India, the staff were very good, the place clean and overall a great experience, Unfortunately, due to rain we didn't get to experience the rooftop area which offers a great view of the Taj Mahal.

Needs refurbishment, two star

This is not a four star hotel, very dated and need of refurbishment, tatty, with some works were taking place on the roof while were there, view of Taj is distant and obscured and only available from the very top of the roof. Restaurant passable,. We arranged guide around the Taj, but all he seemed interested in getting us back to the hotel shop to earn commission on any purchases. But it is walking distance to the Taj.

No fridge in room, though it was listed in ammenities. As we were only staying 3 nights it wasn't that important, so I didn.t ask reception. Restaurant doesn't serve alcohol. Again not the end of the world, but it might be useful to mention in the listing. Room aircon could have been cooler, as it was July. I did advise reception, and it did improve a little, but I still would have liked it cooler. Wifi not the best, but functional.

Fantastic location for the Taj Mahal. Very good value for money. Rooftop restaurant was great value and food quality excellent.

The pool seems to be unclean; the water was cloudy. The restaurant seemed to be very good but our experience was very poor. We order three different dishes and they were not looking as fresh made. The food was not OK for a 4 star hotel. We wanted to hired a guide for a morning tour to Taj Mahal amd ask to the lady at reception. She offer us two options: English visit for 1500 rupies or Spanish visit for 1800. We paid there and the guide was waiting for us next day at 5.30. We went with him to the Taj and he start explaining us some things about it. His Spanish was terrible; he only knew some sentences that repeated continuosly and don't gave us any interesting information or curiosities about the Taj. His Spanish was also hard to understand. And he spent with us only 1 hour and 30 minutes. The worst experience with a guide in all our journey of 18 days.

Great location, very cloae to the east gate to Taj Majhal. Nice room and nice bathroom with some facilities. Nice terrace.

We felt pushed into watching a performance in the evening and give a tip or buy souvenirs. A member of the staff was angry because we arranged our own transportation (via UBER) to go to the train station. We became sick after eating in the restaurant.

Building is under renovation causing a lot noice. We arrived earlier due to changed bus schedule, while our room was already ready they demanded 50% additional payment for checkin.

If I'm being picky, the pool area could be a little better with a table maybe and better furniture. But I'm being picky because for the price you pay this is an outstanding hotel.

This hotel is walking distance to the Taj - you cannot get better for location. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. We didn't take them up on any taxi or tour offers, but they were offered and not pushed. The room was a bit small but fine for two nights, super clean and bathroom was decent. Water provided, albeit in plastic bottles. Pool was lovely, furniture a bit tired but it was clean. There's some work going on at the terrace; that didn't affect us though, and it will probably make it even better up there. The view is just amazing, and you can see the Taj! Breakfast was nice, lunch average but dinner was really good. Good laundry service. The value for money was excellent.

Location is very good, walk-able from the Taj Mahal. Hotel is good too. But when we booked the executive room, booking.com site did not state that our room will be in a basement. So it was kind of a shock to find that.

The property definitely needs a refresh; rooms are used (bathtub with faucets broken, old seals, etc.), breakfast area was in a basement and wasn’t really pleasant (no windows, no decoration, etc.) Rooftop close even if we didn’t have any rain the 2 days we were there.

The room we got was ok but the bathroom would flood every time one took shower. The view from the room was not good. The Air conditioning was making so much noise which disturbed our sleep.

It is quite close to East Gate to Taj Mahal. The staff and the facilities are good and we enjoyed our stay. Rooftop lounge is very good and had a good glimpse of Taj Mahal.

The location was perfect, a short walk to Taj Mahal. Breakfast included was nice. Pool was enjoyable, but needs shade. Local Tuk Tuk drivers out the front were very helpful. Small ride in to town, and they gave great recommendations for dinner. They Cana Los organise transfers

The beds in our room were on the slightly harder side and the decor is some areas of the hotel needed updating. However, it was excellent value for money and the location was perfect.

The manager OP Yadav, Danish and Sunil were all extremely attentive and helpful during our stay. Even whilst we were exploring Agra, Danish was available and answering questions for us via WhatsApp. We also booked our journey to Jaipur with the help of staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff that served us were very attentive. The pool was nice and the location could not have been better. Overall, we were very comfortable and felt very safe and looked after in the hotel.
