IndiaThe only thing lacking was the size of the bathroom. Being an ocean view cottage, I was expecting a much bigger bathroom.
The Taj staff are extremely well trained at the Village Resort property. The valets, the guards, the front desk, housekeeping, in-room dining, restaurant staff...everyone we interacted with, were warm, gracious and supremely courteous. The check-in and check-out experience was fabulous, the front desk staff were prompt and ensured we were comfortably seated with welcome drinks while they were completing their formalities. We were upgraded to an ocean view cottage, our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the food as the restaurant manager suggested a lip smacking goan appetiser which went along perfectly with the fantastic cocktails. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Caravela restaurant. All in all, this was a nice and comfy stay.

United StatesActivity center and activities inside should be free . After paying great amounts for rooms - this center should be free . We were charged high amounts for hair braiding and nail art which is small material used . Thai can come as perk for residents staying . Families with kids will come often to this family friendly resort if something is given free.

United KingdomNot much to not like. We went during monsoon and There was a big cockroach in the bathroom. The staff came in and swiftly took action. Really liked the responsiveness of the staff
The property is conveniently located near Aguada fort at Candolim. We rented a car and roamed around Goa. Most beaches were 30-45mins away. Thry also gave us options to use facilities of Taj aguada plus breakfast there which we loved. They also gave us an upgrade since many rooms were under renovation

There is no doubt that the staff interaction is the best part of this property. They tend to have very relevant conversations and offer to help with local tourist attractions/ shops etc as well, a bonus is that they're really great with kids as well!

QatarThe restaurant was a bit crowded and noisy.
Breakfast was a good combination of different cuisines. Attention to detail in preparation of dishes. Beautiful ambience even though it was raining. Staff are attentive and forthcoming. Remember you by name which is excellent, always polite and make every effort to check on your comfort. Awesome job done by Shraddha from Reception who was always on point. Chef Kshitij went the extra mile to arrange a tasty cake for a celebration and checked on our satisfaction of the culinary journey. The team of staff ranging from Reception, House Keeping, Restaurant, Room Service and not forgetting the Buggy drivers are very polite and perfect examples of customer service. Kudos, keep it up.

Caravela restaurant is wonderful. They serve decilious food. Chef made special local Vegitable Xagoti for us which was wonderful. They also served complimentary icecreams. Moreover, kids food like milk, chapati and one daal makhani was complimentary. Staff is very supportive and understanding. Tushar, Bapasa and other serving staff are good in their hosiptality.
