The pool tiles are old and need to be replaced. The bicycles are rented out for a very short duration. That needs to be increased. Also, the pool timings are too less. The pool should be open till 10pm at least.

The children's playroom is amazing. The arts and crafts activities are wholesome - the staff - Malvica, Charline, Valentina, Pearl G and Pearl D were so friendly with my daughter. Sapna from the reception was good too. Taj has a unique vibe. The hospitality is unique. Also, the location, the activities for the day and the food is amazing too. I will be coming again for sure.

Being Taj the basics were excellent as expected. The staff was also overly polite, attentive and responsive. I did not feel the heat too although it was peak May summer, due to the property location and the openness. We were served bespoke dishes at dinner by exec chef Thomas which made our evening more memorable. Would revisit for sure any time of the year.

The room didn't blow me away and the pool experience was also an average affair. The high tea was meh. But don't get me wrong. They are all good but don't justify the price you pay for the experience unless like me you are here for the superlative outdoorsy vibe then it does.

The highlight of the property is the area around the actual living area. The beach is beautifully maintained. The property is huge and it took me eight minutes to just go around the property on a bicycle. Its a haven for people who love the outdoors more.

The pool, though great in terms of the size and access, could do with a refurbish around some areas, especially the tiles on the pool floor.

Our second visit, albeit the first one was 8 years ago. We loved the property and its beach access, and we still do. It's one of the best highlights. The service is as expected of a Taj brand,the food spread at their buffets is not lavish but covers all taste buds and most cuisines to provide a good wholesome meal. They do have a lot of activities, but the weather, of course, was not very conducive to explore all of them and the green expanse of well manicured lawn that spreads from the rooms towards the sea is a sight for sore eyes. We had opted for the sea view rooms, which amplified that visual treat. Lastly the help and care they extended to my mother when she hurt her leg at the beach shows the level of hospitality one can expect from a Taj property , very thankful and grateful for it. We were there to celebrate my daughter's 10th bday, and she did have a memorable one.

Unfortunately the beach was somewhat oily on our shoes - this was dealt with promptly by the Hotel duty manager. This problem is not the responsibility of the hotel and has no reflection on the services they provide. It’s unfortunately there is not more regulation on polluting the beach areas. I would suggest the hotel put up a disclaimer and warning to guest , if only to avoid disappointment.

there was construction every day in the roof and noise of drilling .the beach also had few bad only and look poor, not like the hotel, the yoga lesson in the morning is not serious, wen we wonted more thing to do thers was nothing.

The property is exceptional, well maintained and on the beach. The staff provided exceptional service and would like to mention Vasanti at the reception and Chef Naveen and Arnab at the restaurant Sala de Franzo. At the restaurant they took special care of dietary requirements throughout our stay and made us feel welcome.
