Especially during the night we heard a lot of noise outside of our room (working noise, general ac and loud music in the morning) Unfortunately the isolation of the door is very poor, so we heard all these noises

Break fast was ok. They never perfected simple plain parathas . The were absolutely flawed on India chai. totally incompetent. Till my 4 nights we were there the India masala chai never was any good. sad. Despite sending this back few time. i wd say bathrooms are dated, but clean and well stocked. i as such over all enjoyed my stay. what baffles me if u asked the desk or anyone there where was a good restaurant, they always said theirs. sad. one must be helpful than self promote their own. even for site see they push their services than at least suggesting places to see. i think over all impression i found at Taj hotels is GRAB , once upon a time they wd be helpful. here no. buy ours if u need advise do your own research which i did. totally disliked this, a bad location for taxi or transport. u need to wait outside outside to flag as 100s of time uber or ola never came. helpful staff i guess so so. for the money spent i think they wd be helpful to find u transport than their own van to places. i wd think staff wd say we have heard so and so is ok food places even tho we make it better etc. at least suggest something than grab grab our $$.

Let’s talk about the toilet part a bit. No issues about the cleanliness, but the new commode was problematic. The bowl is really shallow, and not boasting about myself, I hated the part where my privates would touch the bowl. I hope you are getting my point. The new design is simply not practical for guys.

My favorite part..Breakfast, as usual was great. The room was recently refurbished and with the exception of one thing, which I will mention in the didn’t like column, it was very good. Loved the stand up shower.

Very slow service for al a carte menu and getting bills. Dreadful cocktails.
