We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe pool was disappointing because despite the temperature being in the 90s, it was too cold to use because it's covered and so gets no sun to heat it. The other slightly peculiar thing is the hotel location. It's neither in historic Jaisalmer nor overlooking the sand dunes. It's halfway in between (30 min drive to either) in the scrublands, but I suppose that's what the hotel was going for. Personally I'd recommend spending one night in a hotel in the Jaisalmer Fort so you get the genuine historic experience, and then come to this hotel for exploring the Thar Desert.
This is a modern hotel, but built in a very attractive heritage style. The staff add thoughtful touches in the rooms, like local sweets and wax-embossed welcome notes. Since we traveled in the off season, the hotel was excellent value considering its high quality. At the evening musical performance we expected the traditional performance we had heard a number of times in Rajasthan and elsewhere, but this one had unique instruments local to the desert landscape. I especially enjoyed morning yoga with the surrounding birdsong. Breakfast was fantastic with a flautist in the balcony.

Extremely courteous staff, the rooms were in pristine condition. The breakfast had a wide range of selection and the food was tasty. There are a lot of activities happening around the day and the evening event was splendid. Really picturesque property which is well maintained.

IndiaThe resort would provide better value for money if they up their game on their food menu. I felt the breakfast menu particularly could be more extensive for a sought after resort of good standing. The pricing of the ala carte dining seemed high but not unexpected.
Location and Vibe are excellent. My entire group appreciated the daily cultural programme, courtyard musicians, horse & camel riding facilities, pool and billiards room. Staff are friendly and particularly helpful in locating lost items.
