Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Every morning I had delicious scrambled eggs served by the friendly and efficient staff of Kakali, Rajesh, Sresta, Rohit, Farha, Pinki, and Karan the very effective and helpful manager. The setting of the restaurant was elegant and relaxing. The chef and servers were always very helpful in addressing any of my special dietary needs which usually came up during the evening meals. The front desk and courtesy desk of Nuckle, Ahmed, Abhi, Dolly Saw, Tiyasha, Subhmoy, and Raids were always friendly, kind, and helpful.

IndiaAfter a few initial hiccups, I must say that the staff action thereafter more than made up for it. A special shoutout to the Front Office Manager, Vishal Malik and Housekeeping manager, Rambabu who really went out of their way to address any concerns and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were big, confortable and clean. The head chef, Benjamin was superb. He specially catered a lovely delicious meal for me at their restaurant , Zega. For a solo woman traveller, I was made to feel at ease and at home. I also highly appreciated the free drop and pick up hotel taxi service to and from the office whilst I was there for the 3 days. I highly recommend the hotel for any business traveller. I will be back!
