Amazing hospitality by the staff. Loved the jacuzzi pool/bar. This is a great place to stay with your loved ones. The location is also great.

No kids play area, No gym, somewhat small property not quite big in size, location was not that perfect although not so far also from baga beach. It was written in facilities and services that live performance will be there , but it was not, so entertainment within the property was not nothing.

Very nice hotel with only 20 rooms. So,better service, cleanliness and food. Staff was very good and co-operative. We'll situated, about 8-10 minutes drive from Candolim,in a quiet place.

It's breathtaking. You would not want to leave the place. The rooms are magnificent, bathrooms grand, furniture so aesthetic, lobby filled with adorable lovely artefacts. Pool was crystal clear and jacuzzi was relaxing. Breakfast was adequate and snacks were delicious. My kid roamed around happily and enjoyed every bit of the stay. It was one of the best stays I ever had.

Despite reaching out for assistance, I found myself met with unhelpful responses and a lack of resolution. However, all was not lost thanks to the exceptional kindness and assistance provided by the staff at the hotel. Their compassion and dedication shone through as they not only acknowledged my predicament but also took swift action to rectify the situation. Their prompt efforts ensured that the duplicate payment was promptly reversed, saving me from a potentially disastrous financial loss of 33,000 INR. This experience served as a stark reminder of the importance of humane and empathetic customer service. Had it not been for the hotel staff's intervention, my journey could have taken a distressing turn. I urge Booking.com to prioritize the handling of payments with the utmost care and diligence to prevent similar issues from befalling future guests.

the pool is really beautiful, all rooms are pool facing and that is really good. the staff are really helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. added points for the excellent spa within the property.

It is a bit far from the beach, but ok. There are pool rules but on our last day there were two families who let their children loose…so to speak… The tranquility disappeared and the staff did not do anything about it, the children were all over the place, with food all over the place. I think the staff are too humble to say no, but if there are rules…
