No swimming pool in the property. The inhouse restaurant was okay. And didn't have many beverage choices as what was present on the menu. Claimed to be on the beach which it was bur the beach was barren.

Breakfast was amazing, very beautiful property and the staff was quite helpful.

The WIFI had an issue for 2 days straight, what was a bit of a problem, but that's the only reason why only 9/10.

Very beautiful resort, staff was always helpful. 2 times we've had bugs in our room, which I guess is normal, since the resort is in the middle of nature, but as always the staff was immediately there to help us with that. It was an amazing stay all together, the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Location is stunning, room was beautiful, clean and big, food was always yummy. ♡

WiFi was poor and 4 star hotels shouldn’t require you to input a daily voucher code multiple times to use it. Homestays offer continuous use for free without codes. Non-veg dishes were overcooked.

The property is good and the rooms are quite comfortable with a lot of greenery along the property. There were frequent power cuts though but the DG back up was ok to back up the situation. The wifi signal is horrible and there was very poor connectivity for Airtel inside the room. Everyday you need a new password for the wifi during your stay. One needs to go out in open air to get any signal. The food I found personally expensive might be because of the remote island with respect to the portion served. Though the quality of the food was quite good. There is not much variety and its better to try your luck in some outside restaurants'. The inhouse people are very friendly and well behaved and good natured. They are humble and well mannered and try to cater for all your needs at the shortest possible time.

Lack of connectivity. Internet was missing. Wifi was down, mobile connectivity was also very difficult.

Unobtrusive behavior of the staff. The property has a garden which is well maintained. Fragrant plants in the garden and cool ambience all around are ideal for a relaxing stay with family & friends. The restaurant has a good menu with live music which was heartening.

Spa facilities were not available for our limited time. And if the spa is at such a far away location, then aome shuttle service to be arranged even if at a nominal cost. As there is no beach access fr this property, for the evening or free time, the property could have arranged some activities or games area and definitely a POOL Which is missing terribly here And the food service staff and attention to service can be improved. Finally please get some WIFI facilty as well.

Food especially for vegetarian family was very good, and deliciously made. Live music was good too for the dinner

Wifi is barely working so I suggest you don't come for work which is requiring wifi. The resort itself doesn't have the best beach but sunset beach is not far from it.

Amazing resort, all together there is two on the island not far apart from each other. The rooms are clean, food is delicious and it is a peaceful resort.

The restaurant is very costly like the other Sea Shell properties but the food was average. Not enough bicycles were available for rent. Rooms could be a little cleaner.

The property is located in a very good area from where all the beaches and local markets are easily accessible by scooter. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help, especially Bishal in reception. Scooters can be rented from the property at an affordable price. The room was clean and comfortable. The property has a great private beach with comfortable seating.

The restaurant "Dugong" didn't have "Continental" items inspite being on the menu The restaurant also doesn't have brewed coffee... Only Nescafe.
