We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWhen I checked-in, though the booking was specifically for a queen bed, what I got was a two single beds sighting over booking. The staff at reception was always reluctant to talk and more keen to attend foreigners. So was the calls to reception, which was always unattended.
1) The food was good. 2) the response from the restaurant or room service was excellent 3) Nicely located. Heart of the city but free from hurdles or any issues or congestions. 4) neat and clean.

NetherlandsOur room was located right in front of the lift, and we could also hear the music played at the lobby of the main entrance. However, it was still our choice to take this room. If possible, I would advise other guests not to opt for rooms located in front of the lifts.
Very comfortable hotel located at a convenient distance from the bus stop, train station, and the city's attractions. It has friendly staff who help guests when requested.

1. Big clean room in a prominent location. 2. Adequate tea / coffee supplies. 3. Big comfortable bed. 4. Excellent shower pressure in the private bathroom. 5. Very spacious lobby. 6. Superb restaurant with great buffet breakfast and great service - idli, ponda, dosa, pongal, eggs, chicken curry, baked beans, boiled veg, fruits, juice.
