The intercom was not working and also there was no channels coming up on the television. I’m sure they will fix it soon.

It was good value for money. The location was good and close to Shirdi Temple.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and the food at the in house restaurant they have was really good. Overall we had a very good time with our family members. Mr.Anil helped us in booking the taxi to visit near by attractions and also he was very helpful in providing good information for us during our stay.

They should have charged me for only one day but they did charge me for 2 days as it was booked for 2 days but we only stayed there for 1 day and it costed 4200 which is overpriced.

The AC did not work but they changed our room the next day to another room . The room is a little compact and not enough space if a family with kids comes then not enough

The staff was so friendly and kind. . Had a wonderful stay there. Worth for money. The food ordered was good and tasty and there was a huge quantity . Breakfast ( buffet) was with limited items . Very calm and quiet place . Don't forget to go for a walk nearby there is a gova farm. The room and toilet were so clean

The staff was friendly. The service was good. They arranged everything that we asked for promptly. We liked the location of the hotel. We had a pet with us. There was enough space outside where we could take him on small walks. Overall it was a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend it!

I have stayed two time here, The stay was always pleasant in term of location accessibility and customers support. The best part of this hotel is the staff behaviour, response and responsibilities. The front office staffs are so much helpful and cooperative. The staff named Anil was very professional and was helping and resolving for any request raised in a span of minutes. Really liked this hotel only bcoz of the active customer support of staffs

They do not have any car for drop off to Temple which many other hotels are providing. It took a long time to get an auto rickshaw in the morning.

Everything is enough good but I think they should add more complimentary stuff specifically tea bags or coffee. I noticed they keep 2 bags of coffee and tea but if number of guests are 3 or more and if you need twice tea then it’s not enough. Also should pay attention more on bathrooms, I noticed there was exhaust fan area which allowed lot of mosquitoes in the room. Soap bars were very small, exhaust should be covered from outside

It’s amazing experience, I liked their services, excellent hospitality specially Mr Anil manager. He’s is very honest and nice person. He takes care of his guests beyond any limits!!
