There are no railings on the staircase, as it is inconvenient for senior citizens, when the lift is not working.

Very courteous staff, specially at Reception Desk, inspite of early arrival at the Hotel, they offered me room immediately. It was very good gesture from them, as I could get ready to attend my official meeting at 11am.

The toilets in the administration area needs some upgrade.

Good location of the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean. Bath and toilet areas clean. Room service was excellent. The administration staff did a fantastic job, they assisted with our stay and organized transport whenever we needed one. The personal in the office area assisted us and gave us good advice. Rajesh and Gopal assisted us and gave us good advice on meals and retail outlets. The cooking staff and waiters in the lounge did an excellent job. We had a wonder staff at the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious. Deluxe rooms are of average size where two people can managed easily. Superb location, everything is very accessible. Staff are very kind, they even offered me a free room for rest before check in as I arrived early morning with family. Special thanks to Mr Rajesh, he was one among the best.

since Mumbai has limited space so it is understandable that hotel in heart of south mumbai will have limited facilities. If swimming pool was there it would have been good.

Heritage room in which I stayed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the variety was limited The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were tin cans, while they were very nice, it was like being trapped in some sort of bunker. I had a panic attack due to this. Even the bathroom door was heavy, and it was hard to keep it open to feel as tho there was more space. I don't have panic attacks, this is my 20th country, and I was surprised how oppressive the room felt, I couldn't wait to get away from it. Also, there was a room service guy who was creepy, he was at the breakfast as well, he didn't understand personal space and it made me uncomfortable. The breakfast space was crowded an also oppressive. I know big cities have a problem with the oppressiveness of space, but this was ridiculous. I would have liked to be able to eat out of my room, the fact that ONLY room service was available made it even more oppressive. Just stuck in the tin can room with the closed of bathroom to be trapped. This is why my comfort ratings are low, It was extremely uncomfortable to feel as though I couldn't breathe in the room. You could also sit in the large foyer, but that was dark and there was always a man there to open the door, so that was weird. Most staff were great, just a really odd vibe.

This place was clean and most of the staff were great. I was upgraded to a king size bed room right away for no cost, so that was nice. The breakfast was good and authentic. They were able to let me use the fitness room at one of their nearby sister hotels, so that was also a plus. The food from the restaurant was also nice to be able to get at all times. The location was okay as well, it was about a 15/20 min walk to Colaba/Gateway of India/museums etc., so it depends if you don't mind walking around, I don't, so it was alright. There was a laundry service right downstairs as well.

My room category was Club Room, but I think i was given the Deluxe Room (also mentioned in the invoice).

Room was neat and clean, but small. Breakfast spread was good. Staff is nice.

Breakfast options weren’t as high quality as we’d experienced in other similar hotels, and there was a lengthy queue to wait for food during our stay.

Ideal location, good sized room and friendly staff. Perfect for a brief stopover.
